The skybar has a great view of Phnom Penh city. Room maintenance and cleanliness is a bit off tho'. I found ants in my breakfast toast.

At first the receptionist dont know how to manage our booking he want to move to other branch, next is the skybar we reserved good for 10 person but it was occupied by other person, the drink served after 2 hours, when we approach the staff they just reply that they return our money, it is not the money matters it’s our reservation😡😡😡🤬🤬🤬 YOUR MANAGEMENT IS VERY POOR!

A romantic place to bring your date !!

The service was pretty good and all of the staffs speak good English. Variety drinks as per your choice.

My review:

- Taste :the Pork chop was below my standard ~ the pork was over cooked which is too hard but then also tomatoes 🍅 & onion didn’t cook well haha . I guess they’re selling the view not the food , the red wine was ok . The chicken wings here was good ( Cambodian style) Long Island also ok but a little bit strong for me as I am not an alcoholic
- Hygiene: Germ free!!!!
- Decoration: Bring your date here won’t go wrong :p
- Price: USD13 for set of pork chop & red wine , USD10 for chicken wing & Long Island cocktail so I thin it is affordable for the date
- Overall: Book me a table please !!!!! Will go there again next time :)

Very good skybar . Foreigner discount 10% of cocktails . Buy 2 Beer, get 1 free Beer . Very good Salat and very very good Beef steak for 18 dollar, very tasty. Skybar is at the 10 stage and very nice view to the river! Very friendly weither - good service! I like!

Great price /quality ratio, friendly staff. I see no reason why I wouldn't stay here again. Came back for the 3day water festival had another two days here. It's one of the better, after checking around. Located in the heart of everything 👍

A New backpacker Hotel, clean for now. Room small, TV reception sucks. But a good central location for a starting point. Staff still learning the ropes. So don't expect much.

For the price ($55/night), this was by far the worst hotel I ever stayed at in the world.

One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was for its location and view of the riverfront. We asked for a higher floor room and sure enough we got a room in the 9th (highest possible) floor.

The room looked like it wasn't occupied for months. The floor was extremely dirty with dust and the bed had ants crawling on it. The toilet had urine stains.

Still, no biggie -- we told the cleaning lady to please clean our room again and left for a few hours.

After we came back the room was still the same. So we requested another room and moved across the hall. Slightly better (at least the bathroom was cleaner), but the floor was still extremely dirty, so we would use our flip flops in it throughout the stay.

There was no hot water for the entire duration of our stay (2 nights), even though the staff told us it'll be fixed.

The breakfast was supposedly included in our stay, but I can't comment on it, because we never experienced it. Upon check in we were told that breakfast is served at the rooftop bar/restaurant, but when we went there before 9am there was no one there. When we enquired at the reception they told us that perhaps it was too late and the staff left (?).

During the second night I had to do battle with the staff about the incredibly loud (and screeching) noise coming from the rooftop bar karaoke.

The hotel also felt like it was filled with shady characters.

The hotel has four types of room; single standard, superior double, superior twin, and deluxe double that you can observe the view of the riverside. The hotel is 15 minutes walk to the royal palace. Besides this, there is a sky bar where you can enjoy viewing the simplicity of Phnom Penh city from the high distance.

New, but take care not to confound it with old rather rundown Paragon Hotel along Sisowath quay.
