High marks for friendly, attentive, English speaking staff. Rooms are quite and removed from the hubbub of street traffic. Some rooms do not have windows. Recommend you book a room with windows as room can become stuffy. Excellent Riverside location with many restaurants, small market shops, and pharmacy nearby. There only downside is you are in the middle of a red light district--bars, massage shops, karoke-- which comes alive at sunset. For an inexpensive stay downtown for adults, I recommend it. May want to make another selection of you have kids.

Very comfortable rooms at reasonable prices and great central location near river, bars, restaurants and sights the Lux has provided great accommodation to me on several occasions. Convenient for anyone enjoying the social life of this lively area of Pnomh Penh. Despite its location the rooms are well insulated from the street noise and bar music below.

Ideal location, within walking distance to tourist attractions. A lot of tuk tuk outside the hotel and a lot of restaurant nearby.
Hotel clean, breakfast good and the service is really fantastic.We experience WIFI weak at our room, immediately they are checking out and even put a modern on our room.
Stay at 10th floor , a very nice river and city view and very quiet .
Definitely will stay again on next visit.

Situated at the heart of Phnom Penh this hotel offers convenience like no other. It is close to the riverside and lots of other attractions like the Central Market, Royal Palace and National Museum. Night life is electrifying with tonnes of shops around offering cheap beer. A night at this hotel will set you back 50 USD.

I had a good room and the bed was good. The hotel is dated. I asked for a 5 am wake up call, they called at 5:20 am, this a large error for a hotel to do. The guest need to trust that they will be woken up on time. The hotel failed this.

Always a great stay at lux. Cant beat the location with everything you need right outside your door. Good secure modern hotel with really nice comfortable rooms. All room types and suites and apartments are worth the money and are clean and secure. Typical excellent cambodian 24 hour service from all staff. The breakfast is huge and has all types of food.
