This hotel of 84 rooms was formerly an orphanage and they purposely retained much of its charm while equipping it with some modern touches.
I love the architecture / theme of the hotel and how it’s like a little oasis in the middle of the city
Rooms are clean, beds comfortable and aircon is cold. Wifi is always available ( no need for constant re-login). Staff have a very genuine smile and often greet you as you walk past
I really like this place and highly recommend it
A trendy place to stay in the city just behind the royal palace and near to funky street 240. Very popular and with a central pool and restaurant, so you feel a little like an aquarium exhibit when taking a dip. Rooms are minimalist to the point of being spartan, where their idea of a sofa two reed cushions on a concrete plinth. So certainly not cozy or comfortable but then fashionable never is, is it but staff are very friendly or very well drilled.
Absolutely beautiful hotel with fantastic friendly and helpful staff. We were upgraded on arrival to a deluxe room - spacious and well furnished with a comfortable, mosquito net covered bed. The pool is really lovely, the staff at the poolside are very attentive and the food is good. We had a great 1h massage in the spa, again the staff were great. The hotel is a great place to grab a drink in the evenings, and offers a real area of tranquil that makes you feel removed from the urban noise whilst actually being in a great central location that is walking distance to the main attractions. Breakfast offers a great variety of options and all of very good quality. Can’t say enough how friendly the staff were - really made the trip for us.
Great location, near the Royal Palace, National Museum and Palace Park. Beautiful, very clean and well-kept rooms, extensive breakfast, friendly service and great relaxation possibilities with a beautiful swimming pool, jacuzzi and spa. Everywhere very clean and organised. Absolutely recommended to all travellers.
Loved this place
Right downtown near palace
Beautiful pool area
Food was best I had in Cambodia
Spa services are outstanding
Rooms are huge
Staff can't do enough
Be sure to stay for the Kilmer buffet Saturday nights
A really relaxing place with a beautiful pool and friendly staff. Close to the royal palace. If you want to see the buzzing part of PP over day and night, head north, cca. 10 minutes walk.
The service was excellent! The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I especially enjoyed having fresh sugarcane juice with breakfast.
The room was very nice, the spa was superb and the location was ideal. Great place to stay!
Hm not sure why people are raving about this place. Yes, settings are good but rooms are old and a bit dirty. Hardly 3 stars by European standards
We stayed for our honeymoon and absolutely loved it. They set the room up perfectly woth romantic touch for our stay
The food is top notch and the spa is so relaxing. We did a package deal with was well worth it. 2.5 hours of relaxation and a Jacuzzi to ourselves.
Best resort experience I could ask for!
Amazing place to stay! Staff are fantastic and welcoming, the building is intriguing, food great and pool even better.
Great location, wonderful staff and bedrooms you won't want to leave. Treat yourself to one of their excellent spa packages, you can't go wrong here.
A really lovely place. Good location. Reasonable price.
Simply fantastic. So well situated and yet serene. Well appointed and great staff. The spa treatment I had was world class.
Worth the price. Good service and ambience
It's a really nice hotel that central located is. The service is amazing, the pool is fun for the kids, the breakfast is okay not to much but okay and the rooms are very clean.
Some rooms are a bit small but the suites in the new building are very good. Great pool and breakfast, beautiful place.
Service and ambience of the hotel is always impeccable. Convenient location in the city but quiet at night. The layout of the hotel premise (especially the pool) relaxes you after a day out exploring. Would recommend this hotel for business or leisure travellers.
From the unrequested Airport pickup, to the "little green button" by your poolside table for requesting service, this hotel and it's lovely staff try to please in every way. Aperol Spritzers on the balcony at night, we asked for some 'bar nibbles" and were told "Sorry, but this is only a fine dining restaurant". I can accept that. Next thing he popped back with an Amuse Bouche each, followed by some tasty crispy snacks! Cleanliness, timeliness, politeness, everything that counts towards a quality stay, they are on top of it. Lovely quiet pool setting, Spa and gym, so we would unreservedly would come back again. And the bed was huge and so comfy.
Probably the best boutique hotel in Phnom Penh. Not too big and not too small. The room is quiet surrounded by trees. The staffs always are keen to help and the location can not be beaten! Book this and you won't regret it. Just look at the pictures
Very nice hotel. Nice rooms, not overly luxurious. Great swimming pool, really nice to relax there.

La Pergola is an excellent restaurant.
Stayed here for a few days. Its a small gem, this place . Rented the big suit here, so there is no other apartments looking in to you . Really nice rooms, your own kitchen/barbecue and a nice bathtub outside ..
The staff was really nice and polite. The breakfast was good
We had a really pleasant dining experience on Christmas. The food was delicate and service remarkable. The view was stunning. Definitely my pick for dinner experience.
