This hotel is located on Mao Tseng Dong, the biggest bollevard in Phnompenh. Although the hotel is now owned by Chinese investors, we still can use it. Very good location.

Breakfast buffet was scrumptious with varieties of food But my morning was ruin by a very rude staff.she gave my toast to another customer and asked me to wait for the next one. She noticed I was annoyed and didn't apologize to me. Instead, she asked a new staff to come and apologise on her behalf.

One of the top great hotel in Cambodia. This hotel used to be very busy for meeting and conference but now it is a bit quiet since more hotel and other places are growing. Nice amenities. Good services. Foods are excellent both Chinese and buffet.

We went to the Intercontinental Hotel last night to watch the last Bella Voce concert. There were no lighted Christmas trees in front of the hotel but their indoor decorations were beautiful.

Excellent hotel. Awesome amenities. It is a around 5 km from the city center. Rickshaws are always waiting outside the hotel. Excellent staff. Beautiful property with a historic feel. The breakfast spread was really good and the chefs were the best. They prepare meal of your choice if you request in advance. The room was spacious and smelled good (it matters :P ). Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Good hotel but located at a not very good location. Take a long way to down town and airport.
Breakfast choices are limited without local food in the menu. In house restaurants has also limited choice. the Cantonese food is a nice one.
The hotel lobby is small with a very uncomfortable perfumes.response / report this review -

The gym is air conditioned and fully equipped. The pool is cooled which is perfect for every hot day.

My wife and I stayed for 2 nights for leisure. Check in very fast and escorted to room. We got upgraded to an executive suite which was very nice with great views. Bit big for the length of time but very much appreciated all the same.
We are IHG members so will in most cases stay at IHG hotels whenever possible. This hotel is a bit away from tourism areas but if you want safety and quality, this is the hotel to stay at.
Tuk tuks available outside always which are okay to get you from a to b, although a face mask is recommended due to the petrol fume pollution, which is very strong.
Staff at hotel very friendly and professional. Concierge very professional and helpful. He knows his job well and will help you a lot.
Restaurant excellent with very good food and drinks, Staff very attentive.
Check out fast too.
We recommend this hotel for comfort, safety, and service.

one of the well-known 5-star hotel in town. It is a paradise of tourist to enjoy the stay in Cambodia. The cuisines from their restaurant are delicious. The hotel has the modern hall to organize seminar and party as well.
