Lovely hotel in the city centre, the room are clean and bigger than many hotel in the city centre. The buffet breakfast are healthy foods with many choices of vegetables, fruits and good simple fried noodles and fried rice. Is a plus for the drinks too, great coffee and tea.

Beautiful place to stay. Everything we wanted and a nice view of the river. There was also a market and restaurants within a short walk.

Nice place at a great location. Really close to the Mekong River, which has tons of social activities. Not too near the pubs, so you can get a decent sleep, although you might be waken up by the motorbikes scooting around in the late nights or the early mornings. There is a local market just down the street and you can immerse yourself into the local culture there. Hotel rooms are a little old, but the breakfast at the top, with a GREAT view of the riverfront is saving grace.

Nice room but not too facilitated, room phone not working, TV not working, but the rest is ok. Talking about view on the roof top, that is very good including cagguici hotel and cold bathtub, also WiFi is useable. Price is acceptable, will will come next time for sure.

    - This hotel is a total RIP OFF. Unprofessional people and services.
    - We family travelled with 3 people so booked a 2+ guests room on agoda. But when we showed at 8pm after a long bus ride , the receptionist keep asking us for an extra $20 for the third guest. I thought they didn't understand my booking and asked to see the front office manager. Surprisingly, this manager understood English worse than his staffs. All he said to me is that pay him $20 or only 2 people can check into the hotel. He was very rude and unprofessional. Exhaustingly after a long ride, we had no choice to check in one night and of course cancel the rest of our days at this hotel.
    - We booked a deluxe room with balcony at this so called 4 star hotel. Inside the room is out dated, old wood floor, no dryer, no shampoo, no mat on the bathroom floor. And for the extra $20 we paid, we got an extra pillow and a towel.
    - Breakfast on roof top is another bad feature this hotel offerred. As there were only breads, eggs and vegetable, and ohh you have to pay for your coffee at FREE breakfast.
    - The next morning, we moved to a different hotel where we had way better services, helpful staffs and pay much cheaper price.
So travellers, be careful with your booking hotel online. If you have choice, don't pay ahead until you see it because this annoying matter did affect my travelling mood.

Clean and large room with reasonable price. Especially I loved jacuzzi on rooftop, the view at night was so nice. And you can take breakfast on rooftop also with good river view. Furthermore, staffs were very friendly and nice. Location also good. You can go to Kings Palace, Wat Phnom, Central Market and Night market within 5min. I will stay here if I have another chance to visit phnom penh.

Rooms are OK. Are they worth the price? Personally, not really. But, if you fancy the view of the local day market then it might be worth it. Oh, and Brookline otherwise you'll pay $5-10 more when booking in person.

Awesome place to stay in Phnom Penh.
The rooms are clean and comfortable, the staff is friendly and the restaurant on the rooftop ist just amazing. They also do have one pool on ground floor and two jacuzzi on the rooftop which is the best thing to go to after a long day of exploring the city.
