  The whole area of the hotel is like a beautiful big park with trees, lakes and bridges. The rooms are large, clean and have huge beds. Some rooms are conveniently located just in front of the swimming pool. The swimming pool is amazing with a little island and with a bar inside of the pool. The stuff was exceptionally friendly. Buffet breakfast was excellent with a plenty of choices. Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed in.

  The hotel can only be described as a resort. It is beautiful. Staff service is excellent. The hotel has fantastic gardens. The pool is amazing and the walkways are full of art and sculptures.

  Very nice property built around a lush garden and pond. Very elegant lobby and great pool area. Displays love art works and overall has a very elegant and serene vibe to it
  Rooms are nice, I'd say 4 stars - the shower was a bit dated.
  Overall highly recommended for a relaxing stay in Siem Reap.

  The people are nice. The service is spectacular. Inside the hotel is a completely different world from the outside. The food is delicious and you can’t resist it. Everyone is just so polite to you. The beds are comfy too. The only thing is that during my stay, I couldn’t find the switch to open more lights except for the lamps and lived in semi darkness for 4 days. Nevertheless, the hotel is very pleasurable. The swimming pool was very fun. The spa was extremely enjoyable. I saw that there was a gym but didn’t try it. Walking around the campus was delightful too. The pond was very beautiful and the surrounding vegetation brings fresh air. However, there are quite a number of mosquitoes. This is no doubt one of the top hotels you can live in in Cambodia.

  This has to be one of the nicest Sofitel’s there is. From the amenities, the service, food and location it is just an outstanding property. The gardens are just stunning! This place truly feels like paradise. The Spa was AMAZING and is very good value. The people that work here and some of the kindest I’ve come across. I can’t recommend this hotel highly enough.

  I thought the hotel was beautiful and the staff extremely accommodating. The only fault that I could find was the lack of bedside lighting in the rooms. There was only one small lamp on one side of the bed, making reading difficult. I also though the mattresses could have been firmer. Other than that I loved my stay there.

  Fantastic stay in an extremely relaxing setting with the most friendly and courteous staff one could imagine, where service is everything and any issues are dealt with immediately and in a very professional manner.
  Found the scented air in the lobby made it a great place to sit and relax after a hectic day,and enjoyed the fact that the staff would always come over for a chat to see how your day out had been.
  Would love to make a return visit.

  Initially it was not the best as the airconditioning was not satisfactory and there was the lingering smell of paint and polish in the allotted room but the hotel management was extremely responsive and upgraded us to suite with full facilities. They went out of the way to make us comfortable and surprised us with a honeymoon cake and rose-petal bed make-up. We loved the pampering and indulgence. The service levels were consistent and impeccable with the staff very courteous and helpful at all times. The buffet breakfast was lavish and well presented with staff always ready to assist. The complimentary afternoon tea was a pleasant surprise as were the geared bicycles that we avid cyclists used. The grounds are well landscaped and maintained as is the pool area though we couldn't use the pool due to lack of time. Yes we did wish we had more time just to enjoy the hotel forget about Siem Reap. The front desk was efficient for check in though it took some more time than normal for check out. Overall a fantastic experience and the hotel lived up to its tagline of magnificent. Thank you all very much.

  2 nice, vast connecting rooms, with elegant traditional decoration, opening on beautiful garden with extraordinary diversity of vegetation and lake with water-lily. The island-library in the middle is an inspiring place. Excellent service at reception, concierge, room service. Enjoyed a night swim in the huge, incredible swimming pool. Wonderful stay, too short (2 nights), we need to come back...

  Gorgeous garden setting for a wonderful semi-colonial style resort with beautifully decorated main lounge and restaurants. Superbly helpful and friendly staff, lovely food, great rooms, excellent pool in great surroundings. Front desk staff were super efficient but in a friendly low key way - nothing was too much trouble for them.For a most comfortable and relaxing place to stay this resort would be very hard to surpass.

  Actually, we would like to thank for the best services of all the time and everywhere where has a serenity during we had a sleeping for two nights. It was very fantastic of getting the best services and comfortable in our feel. No voice and noisy disturbed us. At the front office, they were warmest greeted us and said "hello" to us and introduced themselves of their each positions. It is my unforgettable experience for stay there. The view that could attract our mind, it would be great. They are really professional staffs. The courtyard and the atmosphere are really beautiful​ where can provide happiness and reduce stress.

  We were welcomed with a lovely smile and nothing was too difficult for any staff member. We had very lovely, clean and well maintained rooms. The facilities were excellent and the surrounds were extremely relaxed, calming and pretty as a picture.
  The extras you got for just being there, were a welcome surprise.
  The service was faultless.
  The location was very close to the airport but also close to the main streets of siem reap.
  We received great tips and support for our daily trips to historical places, shopping and eating.

  Stayed at the hotel for 9 days while attending a conference. My wife and I had an outstanding experience and consider it one of our best trips to date. The grounds are beautiful, and our room was fantastic! The staff went out of their way to make our stay relaxing and enjoyable. From the manager down to the maintenance staff everyone was friendly and went out of their way to make us feel welcome. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Siem Reap. I would definitely repeat.

  My wife and I were more than impressed with our stay. Everything far exceeded our expectations and made our stay purely wonderful.
  It is a little hard to mention every single item which impressed us, but it began at our warmest welcome and continued through to our fondest farewell.
  The facilities, the room, the pool, the spa, the food, the grounds, the ambiance, the aromas, the flowers - were all excellent, very high quality. Yet all of these beautiful features paled in comparison to the warm, beautiful, caring and attentive staff we met EVERY day. We have spoken of of trip several times since arriving back in Australia just to rehash the highlights we enjoyed so much, and each time we both raise the fact the staff at your motel REALLY made our trip.

  Firstly it reminded me of the Sofitel in our country(Fiji) as soon as I entered the room. Which really was really good. The staff did a very excellent work and the services provided was really good. Not forgetting the food as well, it was both scrumptious and delicious. I definitely would recommend this resort to my friends and also put this in my bucket list next time I visit Cambodia.

  The grounds are beautifully maintained and a pleasure to walk around. The pool is amazing, and inviting. It was very hot when we stayed but the air conditioning was great. We loved our stay and would recommend the hotel.

  Dream hotel. OMG. What a beautiful hotel. The staff could not be better. The food was excellent. Clean bathrooms and beds. I could not find anything wrong with this hotel. Perfection is the best word to describe it.

  Beautiful hotel. Staff so friendly and so helpful. Room was fantastic and very clean. Great meeting the General Manager. Pool area just fabulous and just adored the Gardens. Loved making flowers with your staff.

  This hotel is awesome. Beautiful grounds and rooms. Cool pool area. Close to town and to Angkor Wat. They gave us a couple of locally made scarves as a (complimentary) gift. Only wish my stay was longer.
