After a two full on days at Angkor Wat, my fiancé and I stayed at the privilege floor for two nights to rest and relax.
The suite was very spacious with a balcony and a private host. We felt absolutely spoilt and really well looked after. The garden was immaculate with a lovely swimming pool and chill out area.
We used the gym everyday of our stay. It was equipped with a few machines but they were perfectly fine for a general work out. The treadmills were my favourite.
They have their own Tuk Tuk which you can take into town for just $2 each way. They also provided a round trip airport service.
This is a beautiful hotel with an absolutely amazing spa. The only reason for only giving 4 stars is because the shower head needed fixing and when we let the front desk know they neither fixed it nor changed our room. The pool is warm and gets shade in the late afternoon. The highlights of the hotel are the staff friendliness and the spa.
Can't get any better
One of the best hotels I've been to.
Excellent service, the staff don't miss a trick and they make you feel like a king from the minute you walk in to the hotel u til the minute you leave.
The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spot on.
Lovely lovely staff. So very helpful. Always spoke with a smile. Comfortable room. Great shower. Pool area surrounded by lush plants. Great breakfast, huge selection to choose from.
Friendly staff, very courteous. Good food although we only ate breakfast buffet there. Huge variety of types of food from Asian to Western to European. Great room, King bed was comfy, shower was lovely and twice a day housekeeping. Nice pool and decor was amazing!
Excellent service especially Manager-on-duty Mr. Shiva who was very accomodating and goes out of his way to please us. The food in the fine dining restaurants - Damnak Steak House & Damnak Lounge - is superbly sumptuous ! Will highly recommend this Hotel to our friends in the Philippines. 😍😍😍
Extraordinary service. Delicious food with huge variety. We had the best time! Perfect.
Excellent resort very friendly staff and large, clean rooms. Nice breakfast with continental and local cuisine. Good sized pool with a lot of deck chairs.
Outstanding service while visiting Angkor Wat! Stay on the Prestige Floor where you will be treated like a king. The pool and garden area was beautiful and spa great. Very highly recommended!
We loved staying at the Lotus Blanc! Your staff are so nice and so helpful! Really nice rooms, a great pool and a superb breakfast!
Nice rooms, very thin walls so you can hear everyone. About a 10 minute tuk tuk ride from downtown. The staff is helpful but very pushy on their own restaruant and excursion.
Great service and facilities and value for money. 10min away from the Night Market by tuktuk. Very nice pool, eclectic breakfast buffet. The pool area and gym is surrounded by a nice walking park with hammocks and seats. The staff is hospitable and cordial.
Only complain would be that they didn't have an iron available when I needed one. Otherwise, one of my best stays.
Beautiful, clean, friendly staff. The manager , Danny, was helpful and accomodating. Breakfast menus was extensive and delicious. The location was convenient. Would 5 of 5 stay there again.
It’s a great hotel with great service and great staff. Although facilities are not at par with international standards, I think it is still a wonderful place to stay during a holiday. Pool is clean. Breakfast is superb. I will go back to that place when given an opportunity :).. Note, a bit far from the night market though but it’s not a big deal because you can always ask the reception for a tuktuk service.
One of finest hotels I have enjoyed in Cambodia. Food, pool, service were great. Well maintained facilities. All at a fair price. 5 stars!
The hotel staff are incredible! Our room was spacious, bed was comfy, pool was amazing, breakfast buffet was delicious and great location. Socheata, the assistant manager, helped coordinate our wedding ceremony at the resort. She went ABOVE and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, she made sure we had everything we needed. We absolutely adore her! All the staff are super friendly, professional and always smiling. We'll definitely stay here again, the resort was incredibly beautiful. The online pics don't do it any justice, it's better in person!
The reception at Lotus Blanc was exceptional. The staff, including management, was genuinely happy to serve, talk with me, and offer their assistance. The grounds are well-kept and gorgeous. The ambience is peaceful and relaxing. Meals were delicious and reasonably priced. I had a wonderful stay here and will definitely visit again.
Very nice hotel to stay and relax in Siem reap. Food is good as well as the service. The rooms are near by the road which can be noisy.
Just loved staying at this hotel! My husband and I stayed here for 1 week and ended up being in the hotel for most of the time as it was the end of our 3 week holiday. We used room service a lot which was great food and well priced. Also we dined at the restaurant for the Evening Grill and this was fantastic, the food was amazing! The staff at the hotel were always friendly and wanting to help. The room was clean and we had a fabulous view of the pool and surroundings. It was a half an hour walk to Pub Street or a $2 tuk tuk ride and that was great. I highly recommend staying here!
Good room and facilities but services are not up to 5 stars standard. I got hotel staff break in to my room at 11am telling me that I forgot an item in another room that my family didn't check out yet. I asked for late check out and got moved to another room which is below standard (1-2 stars type of room) with smell. When I asked for someone to help me move my bag, no one showed up for 10 mins. I finally had to move everything myself. I think the deluxe room is nice and the facilities are good, but if you want services that are up to 5 star hotel. This is not a place for you.
Only some minor things weren't 100%. Very nice and lovely hotel with clean and big rooms. It's a little bit out of the town centre but with a tuctuc ride for 2$ your in the centre. Extraordinary service-orientation of staff. Amazing pool and spa. Braeakfast was first class for us after travelling with a backpack for three weeks. Egg Benedict, omelettes, fruits, cornflakes, soup, etc. Hotel has two restaurants where you can get dinner between 7$ to 20$.
Try to get a cheap online-offer;)
Staying here is very nice. All of the staff are welcoming. They even taught us on what to do nearby and even gave us a free room after checking out because our flight back home is still at night. The breakfast is great!!
Spacious place, very clean with nice decoration. Price is not cheap, but you got what you pay for. Recommended.
We stayed on The Privilege floor and it was a great experience. Friendliness of the staff was extraordinary, the room spacious with all amenities needed. They even have us a mobile phone for our stay, in case we needed anything (e.g. help with translation etc.)
We enjoyed the free breakfast buffet which had a very good choice. Unfortunately we only had one day in Siem Reap but we would definitely choose this place again when returning and we would absolutely recommend it.
Great hotel, 7mn away by tuktuk from the pub street, nice pool, not too busy and the service is perfect. We loved Sokha from reception!
outstanding service. great food and a beautiful hotel. Siem reap town is not a good place to visit but Ankor wat will blow your mind
The rooms are very big, clean, and well decorated. Style is a little dated, but you really can't complain given the price and service. Staff are incredibly friendly and quick to give information and help you book various temple routes/tours for as many days as you are staying. They will even pack breakfast for you if you want to catch the iconic sunrise as Angkor Wat -- don't expect much though; the breakfast isn't great, but you'll be glad you have it with the long day ahead Lastly, the pool was a bit of a bore, but quite frankly, if you're in Siem Reap and just chilling by a pool, there is something wrong with you. Go out and explore the gorgeous temples, and be sure that Lotus Blanc will take care of you when you're back with sore feet at night.
