Free airport pickup worth 5$. Breakfast is ok, dont expect much. Room cleanliness is good. AC reach is low. It takes hours to cool down the room. Friendly staff.

Comfortable bed, huge balcony, tasty breakfast, nice pool and great staff. Really enjoyed the breakfast and the big balcony in my room. A huge plus is the bath tub that is outside at the balcony.

Cambodian 4-star hotel that would be 2 to 3-star by international standards. Nevertheless quiet place with big rooms.

Affordable and comfortable place. Excellent customer service!! It is near the airport and very laidback. I like the fact that I am away from the crowded city and I can breathe in fresh air. 👍

    Stayed 5 nights.
Only 1 nigh was with hot water.
No staffs can help you to fix the problem and they didn't care about your feeling.

This was the second out of the four hotels we stayed at, during our two week holiday in Cambodia. Though first impressions were pleasant, the hotel staff ensured that we had a bitter experience.

    1. We rented a motorbike for two days and the bike had trouble with the engine. Though we informed the hotel staff about it, they held our passport till we paid the full amount to the renting company despite the bike failing to start on the final day and we got no support from the hotel staff on sorting this issue. 2. Our booking included free two way transport to the airport and free daily transport to the city center. Though we didn't not avail this service when we checked in and during the first two days of our stay, we were asked to pay money for the transport to the city centre on the third and final day. Though we agreed to pay half the room rent so that we could check out six hours late, the management blatantly informed us just as we were about to enter the tuktuk that we have to pay for the ride that evening since we checked out. 3.The hot water in our room was not working since day one and no action was taken to fix till we checked out. Thanks to that, I got a cold taking bath in cold water. 4. The telephone line in our room was also not working from day one.

Kiri Residence is a prefect example of how hotel staff can provide a bitter experience in a hotel with good facilities. To top it up they hide their unprofessionalism behind a charade of smiles.

The price is cheap but service is good. It's off from the main road though. So you pretty much have to take tuktuk everywhere you go. Our room was clean, and our tuktuk driver with Kiri was very good. The food at Kiri was also good. Overall, quite satisfied with it.

We stayed there for 5 nights and it was awesome. Even though the establishment is far from Angkor, we had the opportunity to travel the entire time with bicycle - which made the temple experience great!

It is definitely one of the best price/value hotel we've had in months! The staff is super friendly and helpful (they even organised our pick-up from the bus station), the breakfast is tasty, and the facilities are ideal to relax. For those who want to reach town, you can use their free tuktuk from 6PM to 8PM.

We really recommend it: thank you!

Good service. Confortable bed. Very Camdodian like. A rural fit to it. Also 3 floors with no elevator.

Nice hotel. Hidden off the main street and has nice gardens outside. The food is good, but the gardens and water features bring a lot of mosquitoes. Bring your bug spray.
