Great boutique hotel. Staff were so helpful, observant and ready to help with every request. There was a problem with our room and staff remedied it quickly and gave us a free dinner for our troubles.

The hotel staff are helpful and professional. The breakfast is great that give us a fresh start everyday. The location is not close to town center but easily reachable by tuktuk. We stay there for 7 nights. Highly recommended for travellers to Siem Reap.

Authentic Siem Reap
We loved our two week stay at La Residence Blanc. This hotel is Cambodian owned and staffed, and gives local students a chance to improve their international skills. We appreciated the warmth, service and generosity of each person that we interacted with, and no request was too much trouble. We would highly recommend this hotel and staff. We spent 5 nights in this hotel. My friends and I had a great experience. The staff was really accommodating with our needs, including offering a free late checkout because our flight was still late in the evening. The room we had was large and constantly kept clean. We had no problems with transportation as the hotel was relatively accessible. Definitely worth recommending to those who are planning to stay in Siem Reap. Also, did I mention that their rates are really affordable with services worth the penny?

Excellent value. The place is well presented and the staff are super polite and helpful. It has a lovely pool with a poolside food and drinks service. The room was pretty basic (although the bathroom was great) but clean, and the breakfast was passable, but it exceeded our expectations for the price we paid.

Amazingly thoughtful staff and pleasant ambiance make this place a gem to return to. Family friendly and fairly priced. Breakfast is decent. Pool is adequate. Rooms are big and comfy with a proper bath.

Pleasant simple small boutique hotel. All staff are very warm attending to guests
Good value hotel.

Standard was quite a disappointment as the photos on the site looks much better. Hotel is quite worn.
Cleanliness is very good and the staff is wonderful and helpful in every way.
I booked the hotel as a package with flights plus 4 star accommodation therefore it doesn't live up to my expectations. Had I paid the hotel rate I would have been pleased though.response / report this review -

Truly amazing level of attentive and positive service offered by all the staff here. It's a small quiet complex, but just the right distance from the busy parts of town - not too close or too far. Beautifully maintained and offering everything you could need. I really appreciate the management's philosophy of supporting and fostering the local community by employing local staff and businesses

Great situation, 3 min in tuc-uc from Siem Reap and 15-20 min from Angkor.
Perfect deal with the customer, the staff are very friendly and close to us in all moments.
We talked a lot of time with the manager about Cambodia, it was great.
Congratulations
We hope to return in the future and see how Cambodia has developed in a good way.

My girlfriend and I stayed here for four nights while we explored the temples. I have absolutely nothing but great things to say about the staff and their attentiveness during our stay. They arranged our drivers who carried water for us during our trips and were very clear about pricing and options that were available. They even brought us a Motor bike on short notice and rented it for 24 hours! The food was great and cleanliness wasn't an issue. Speak to Kim if you have any questions.

My family stayed at La Residence Blanc D'Angkor for two nights. We absolutely loved it. The service is top notch, attentive and accommodating. Immediately upon our arrival we were greeted with cold beverages and cold towels. The food is something else! I haven't tasted such great authentic Cambodian flavors. The pool and new water fall made swimming a calming experience. The staff are super friendly. My family and I highly recommend this place!

My girlfriend and I came here with her family over Thanksgiving this year. From the moment we arrived we were treated like the only guests in the hotel. Not only is the level of service here second to none but the food is amazing. We have eaten three meals here and everything has been delicious and beautifully presented. The hotel itself is gorgeous. The rooms are very comfortable and distinctly unique. The pool is beautiful and well maintained and has a brand new waterwall feature. This hotel is such an exceptional value and I cannot wait to return. Thanks to Kim and his wonderful staff. See you soon!
