Very nice hotel with superfriendly, helpful and amazing staff. Very comfy bed. Great breakfast. Very small gym, but some decent workout can be done there. I enjoyed the stay a lot.

Something happened with our reservation at the sister hotel of this one and the staff came to pick us up at the airport to explain our relocation for one night at the Chronivada.
The room is spacious, clean, quiet and well located near the night Markets.
The best part was definitely the extremely friendly and helpful staff. They even left us a handwritten letter at our departure.response / report this review -

I and my wife spent 2 nights and it simply turned out to be my best hotel experience in many years. All inquiries I made via email were promptly responded. The property is well maintained. The well-equipped room was spacious and super clean. Staff are very nice, friendly and attentive. When we arrived at the hotel, we were well attended by Kevin with all helpful info about Seam Reap. When we came back from the day-tour, Saksy came up to our room with cold towels, chilled water and banana chips without us requesting. Breakfast were great. On the last day when we scheduled to see sunrise at Angkor War and had to leave at 5 a.m., a basket of breakfast for 2 which included club sandwiches, croissants, fresh bananas and soy milk was neatly prepared. Upon our departure, all front-desk staff walked us off to the tuk-tuk and us nice scarfs as a gift. We had a wonderful time in Seam Reap and staying at This place. Nice place, impeccable services, value for money. Definitely recommended.

Wonderful hotel near the night market with the sweetest staff ever. Loved the pool but some kids got up early and woke us up- not the hotels fault. Great breakfast too!

If there is a reason for us to go back to Siem is just to stay at this hotel again. The staff and service is just above and beyond, their genuine behavior is so comforting and loving. We were so happy about our stay that its in our top 3 best places we ever stayed at and thats for sure is because of its staff. This hotel needs to be an exmaple of genuine hospitality , and their education level to any other hotel, we wanna thank Krystal , Dara , Bob and Mony for their great hospitality also a young guy we do not know his name but saw him at the evening shift and he was very smart that we wish a great future for him and all the other Chronivada Team.
And great job for selecting the best people to be the staff of this hotel. Everyone of the staff was professional , kind ,helpful , warm , friendly , caring and welcoming. 💚💙💜 it was an unforgettable stay and see you real soon.
