Staff is really sweet but the place feels uncomfortable and it is noisy as hell because of the buildings underconstruction near by. The rooms are okay but nothing special about them. The swimming pool and the location are the best parts. The road to get there is mainly dirt and rocks though. Could find better deals around.

The hotel is located near the famous pub street. So you are near all accommodations. It is a quiet and very clean place for chilling at the pool. They serve good breakfasts. The WiFi is good. The personal is very helpful.

The one good thing about this place was that it was cheap. We booked this place only wanting it for a place to sleep and that's all we got. Our door wouldn't lock so thankfully we didn't have suitcases with us. The "free" breakfast cost $3 a person. We had many mosquitoes flying around our room. It was also very loud. At the time, there was construction right outside our window that started early in the morning. There was also music that was blasting late into the night and started again at 6:30 am. If you don't plan on staying in the room much and you're a sound sleeper, I'd say this place will be fine.

A very well kept, clean environment that has spacious rooms and a nice pool for not much money. Breakfast is $3 extra.

Not super fancy but pretty good. Nice pool, awesome breakfast. Tuk tuks from the hotel are more expensive than average. Bed is pretty comfy for south east asian standards. Fridge and kettle in room.

Wonderful place to stay. Rooms were clean and have basic necessities including aircon! It gets very hot so aircon is a must. Breakfast is not included but you can order a meal a drink for $3 which is very yummy. They do take card if you ask. There is a 3% charge with card. The pool is great! So nice and cool and much needed in the heat. Great location an easy 5min walk to the night market and 10 min walk or $2 tuktuk to pub st which is where all the great food restaurants and action is. There is also a great convenience store 5mins away called "Temple". You will find temple has many venues especially on pub st - several restaurants and club. Overall staff are friendly and helpful.

Location is okay, close to pub street, but the best part is that it is close the little Casablanca cafe & restaurant which is AMAZING!

The room could be cleaner, the isolation is poor and we were woken up by the hotel's staff every morning as they prepare breakfast. The staff speaks poor English (understandable, but yet it could be better). The staff did not inform us about the scam around some of the trips they were offering transportation for, e.g. Chong Khneas floating village.

Overall, despite the cheap price and good location, I would not recommend staying here.

Location ok but fatal arrival like a dump. And now the advantages. Rooms clean, service helpful and trouble free. Pool clean and take sunbeds just in front because the back is a latrine. I strongly recommend.

Excellent staff, very kind and helpful. The rooms, swimming pool and common spaces are very clean. Breakfast and transfe to the airport are included. I highly recommend it.

Caution: the swimming pool is in the shadow all day and the water is cold enough to not dip a foot there.

The staff is kind and helpful, cleanliness of the room is good. But cleanliness of the bathroom, shower equipment (and pressure) could be upgraded for the price.

Also breakfast is ok for 2 days, but no fresh fruit, lack of variety combined with mistakes in service and difference with the pictures will prevent this pension to be considered as a boutique hotel.

The hotel grounds are beautiful and the staff are very polite and friendly. The rooms are average but the price is right so no complaints!
