The restaurant they ran was full of nothing but disappointment. They served udon noodles which were very sticky, plus the doncatsu coverings were not even fully filled with meat. Very dissatisfied with the food and service, when the cost implies that it should be quite decent.

Good sushi in a quirky little environment. Very affordable but service needs some work. They mixed up our orders but the overall taste.and quality is good. Had a 14 piece sushi platter, zaru soba noodles and some edamame and was filled to the brim with the meal. Will come back.

Hotel was a perfect stay for us and value for money. We had a spaceous room, nice and large bed. Completely clean. Decent pool area to get cooled off, we enjoyed. Location perfect, close to market and with good restaurants nearby. Also for us brilliant breakfast in neighbour cafe. We did not go with own hotel breakfast. All in all the hotel did not really seem to offer good selections of food, but I wouldn't know for sure. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Under renovation. All messy and dirty. Horrible smell to garbage as the restaurant next door leaves the garbage on the stree, at the main entrance of this hotel

What a good decision it was to stay here. I was debating between many similarly rated hotels, but I'm glad I chose Karavansara. The staff are very welcoming and kind, and they allowed me to switch rooms to one on the upper floor near the pool. Oh and it has a sweet balcony overlooking the street.
The bed is quite comfortable, and the room itself is spacious and well designed. I like the format of the bathroom. The shower was awesome - a great flow of water, and a fancy shower head.
The location is convenient, the pool is very nice, the people are great. I would definitely stay here again!response / report this review -

Stayed in this place for 3 nights and found it lovely. Rooms are spacious and clean with air con as stamdard. Quiet when we were there and had the pool (which is heated) to ourselves. 8 minute walk from pub street and night market and 20 mins from airport. Room service, staff all very professional and high quality. Staff will arrange tuk tuk for good price. Plus free souvenir scarf on checkout was a nice touch.

Great Location, 5mins walk from Pub Street. Decent price for clean rooms with proper amenities. Mosquitoes were abit of a problem when I stayed there
