  Worst hotel met in Cambodge and Vietnam. We were in the front rooms: Shower flows all over the bathroom and toilet. No small tower to clean the floor. And this morning no toilet paper.

  This place offers both guesthouse in the front building and boutique hotel in the back one. The price for low season is acceptable but during high season, it could incredibly expensive compared to 5 star ones. The service is a disappointment for many guests. They saved cost too much by limiting the hour of lighting the pathway to the rooms early of the night. However, this place is at a nice location, not too far from pub street, food selling and safe.

  The manager is a rude and dishonest person. There was no restaurant opened and it wasn't said when we booked. no way to have breakfast if you want to go to Angkor Wat for the sunrise (neither have the money back for not having it).
  Then when you arrive first thing they do is pushing you to get their tuktuk driver for a tour before giving you the keys ! No one is welcoming you, neither helping you moving into your room. I'm not a picky person usually, but for the value of the room, we were surprised.
  On the top of that, after we decided to stay one night and ask for the manager (3 times), the receptionist told us he didn't want to talk with us and we could leave after the first night . So we booked an other hotel in the evening. Then, at 10 PM, manager asked us on phone , telling us either we pay one night and leave the hotel without sleeping, either we sleep (as we agreed 4 hours before) and leave in the morning , but we had to pay 2 nights. He pushed us on the phone and even threatened to call the police since according to him it was our fault, and he lied saying we didn't try to talk to him on the phone.
  It's a first time for us, as we've been traveling for a long time now.
  Last but not least, they have two different profiles on booking, which is a bit wary.
  For this high price, you will find a better hotel with a better location and service anywhere else!
