I stayed here in December with my husband and 2 children (7 and 10) and it was such a wonderful stay! Everyone at the hotel made us feel so welcome and was always happy to help. The restaurant is excellent and we all enjoyed the food at the hotel more than outside. The cocktails are also awesome! Great hotel and great service!

Charming staff, pool, rooms. All beyond expectation. Very comfortable beds, rooms with pool view wonderful ( probably others are too, did not see them) . We would return.

Really great place. Had 6 kids with us and felt really well taken care of. Super clean, great food at the restaurant and the staff is great. Easy location, walked to the Market every day with kids.

Central location. Only a view walk minutes to pup street old town and Pizza Restaurants. Very clean. Staff friendly. Comfortable room and bed. Relaxing and clean pool area. Will be back

Best hotel I have ever stayed in. Staff were exceptional. The manager mr Bunsan has chosen his staff carefully. They speak English well and gracefully and modestly comply with your every wish. The restaurant run by mr net and staffed by no pol and Kim soul was really lovely. This is a small boutique hotel, so no big bustling crowds of people. It was peaceful and serene, with big spacious rooms, drinks by the pool at sunset surrounded by lush beautiful gardens. If you want to be close to the downtown area, not spend a fortune, and feel special, this is the place to go. My friends and I HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

This is a great place to see all of Angkor Wat and Temples! Great location for all the sights and shopping.
The rooms are beautiful, clean, spacious and quiet for a peaceful night rest.
After a busy day at the temples, you can enjoy a relaxing swim at the infinity pool.
Great service and fine dinning await you.
The beginning and end of your stay is complimented with a ride to and from the airport.response / report this review -

Don't let the busy street outside put you off. Once in, this place is amazing. Had a great experience, customer service was SUPERB and the boutique approach was great. Large rooms, good location. Would wholeheartedly recommend.

The manager and all the staff at The Moon Residence really seem to care about guests enjoying their stay, and try to do whatever they can to make you feel welcome and comfortable.
The room was excellent; very clean and comfortable. The pool was a welcome relief after a hot day exploring temples.
The on site spa is also recommended - I had a couple of really good massages during my stay.
I'd love to visit Siem Reap again, and if I do, I'll definitely be staying at The Moon Residence!response / report this review -

I was there February, this place provide good services. Walking distance to pub street which is very convenient. Plus they have free breakfast , and love the swimming pool . It such a relax to sit down by the pool after a long day visiting all those beautiful Temples .

Such a good accommodation for us. All things in the room are clean and convenient to use.The stuffs here are all so friendly and they are willing to give every help they can. My birthday was during my stay and they even gave me a surprise and a birthday cake to celebrate with me. It's quite convenient to go to the old market and pub street from the residence. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Beautiful, quiet hotel very close to Pub Street and the centre of Siem Reap. Stayed for 4 nights and found all the staff very helpful and friendly.
