We stayed in this guesthouse for 2 nights. The staff is very very kind and they can speak a little bit of English. Regarding the rooms they were cosy and cleaned but i have to say that when i looked under the bed there were like 5 old plastic bottles. The bathroom was also not very nice. At the end even if there were those two little problem I advise you to book your room there because considering the price that we spent the room were more than satisfying!

We stayed here for two nights. The location is perfect as the guesthouse is only two minutes walk away from 'pubstreet' but quiet in the night. Rooms were simple but clean. The family who runs the guesthouse is very friendly and helpful. Good value.

we stayed there 2 nights. the staff was friendly the room was ok/good I think the lighting of the room didn't allow for it to be more cosy. hot shower and ok wifi. why I'm writing this review: we booked ford transit mini van to pnom penh through guest house so we paid extra to have more comfort. I'm on the way as I write and well it's not a big ford van but smaller toyota and it's the worst ride I've ever gotten in my life. I don't know if the guys in the guesthouse are aware of this but I'm about to vomit because it has no amortization and we constantly bouncing couple times I literally almost hit the ceiling. save your money and go on a big bus which is cheaper too.

Great :-) all the family is friendly and helpful. Rooms are sober but comfy and with hot water ;-) also you have to try the morning pancakes, one of the best in cambodia :-) I'll definitively come again.
