Hi,guys! I cannot say a good word about this hotel. The breakfast was awful. And more over, while cleaning the room, my money was stolen from the safe-box by hotel staff. All my money. And I was not alone in such a situation. The owner of the hotel answered nothing and I guess he was in deal. They shear the money. Do not stay in G-eleven, refuse from cleaning and take your cash with you.

Nice and clean Hotel in a good location. The staff is very friendly and suporting. The pool is super but for the breakfast I prefered to go outside. All in all, I would come again

This hotel was okay. The staff was okay. The breakfast was not good. The WIFI was good. The pool was okay, but there was nothing done to stop it from being extremely slick and dangerous around it. The staff sold drinks from the lobby, but they were typically very warm.

Beware the google maps walking distances can be quite misleading. Since the sidewalks are all blocked in this area, one has to regularly walk into the street which makes every walk take twice as long as it normally would.

We also booked a 'half-day tour' with the hotel, but this was really just a driver, who spoke virtually no english, and knew nothing about the city. I once pointed to a huge monument and asked 'What's that?' He answered, 'Monument.' I said, 'Yes, I can see that. But what is it for?' He then answered, 'Don't know. Been there long time.' Do not go there. Thefts. Our room was booked online and they would not honour this booking or cancel it and accommodate us at the price we got online. They said to talk with the booking company. They did not clean the room till the last day and when they did they left the patio door open and monies went missing from our items. Maybe it was staff maybe it was another person but the Do Not Disturbed sign was on the door. The worker Kim was not helpful and rude at all of this. After spending two weeks here they were not at all helpful and mean when we told them what happened. The pool is not worth going into, it needs a good cleaning as does the rest of the building. Breakfast is plane without flavour and simple. The rooms are dark and wet The location is nice and there is good walks around from this place. The attitude and theft, I will never go back here.

G Eleven is situated in a very ideal location as it is connected to the peaceful walking street going to the Royal Palace and the National Museum. There are also very nice restaurants within the hotel vicinity--Momo, the Pizza Factory and the seafood papaya salad shop.

The room is big with nice high big bed and access to a balcony. There is a relaxing swimming pool at the 2nd floor and a common area at the 1st floor for reading or just unwinding.

They can improve the room lighting. The breakfast is the usual continental breakfast.

All the reception staff are friendly inc. their supervisor Mr. Ho. The taxi service was quick. They also arranged for me to see the Catholic church. They also accept either credit card or cash payments.

I would come back to this hotel.

The staf are so helpful. The pool is clean. The room has windows and balcony and quite spacious. Breakfast is simple but delicious. Everything in the room works well, except one electric plug next to the bed has been loose, so its difficult for me to charge my notebook. Well, if you bring lots of luggage, you should get prepared coz there is no lift, but the staff may help you.

Massive room with absolutely giant bed for the two of us staying there. Nice pool and the laundry we got done was cheap, quick and no problems with it.

We spent 5 nights here and we had a good time. Room is big and clean and bathroom too. The location is super central and we had breakfast included too (it was ok). The staff is very friendly and helped us with everything we needed. They also have at the reception a clear and transparent list of rates for the tuk tuk depending on where you want to go. Prices are fair. The swimming pool is good but there is not much space to stay there since there are not so many sunbeds. I'd give it 3.5 stars if possible.
