First time I experienced going for dinner at a restaurant there. This is the 5 stars hotel so off course all the services are best. Hygiene, clean, calm, relax all of these feelings you can get because there is not so many people when I was there. The staff is very polite. They have welcome drink, and then served with bread as appetite, then only the main dish out.

Mr. Kosal was excellent in all aspects. He was very considerate and very thoughtful host in our stay with Sofitel Phnom Penh Phokeethra.

Many good hotels coming up in PP, but I still think here is the best!!! Rooms are getting outdated, but they are well worth considering in terms of services and history.
Peaceful atmosphere by making harmony with nature, various restaurants and activitiesAll factors I love so much!!

This is a top level hotel with a first class staff. The service was impeccable here, everyone highly responsive. Super clean and proper, the rooms very well stocked with amenities. On the pricey side, but well worth the superior service levels.

Very nice tennis courts. The staff is always very helpful. They have very nice changing rooms. The pool has a lot of chlorine in it. Overall a great experience.

We booked a Luxury escape package & from the moment we arrived we were greeted by extremely attentive, kind staff. A special thank you to Heliose (receptionist) for her advice & assistance with restaurants & tuk tuk. The hotel is simply beautiful, our junior suite was elegantly furnished & the package offered high tea & couple massage which we both enjoyed. Many thanks for your hospitality & for making our 20yr wedding anniversary & husbands 50th birthday memorable. I would like to know what are the oils that the hotel diffuse? I would like to replicate the fragrance at home

From the time you are greeted by the uber friendly staff at the steps, I was impressed by the commanding lobby and the relaxed check in. The rooms are excellent and spacious and unusually the Sofitel restaurants were first class. I recommend this place as a 5 star destination in Phnom Penh.

A very luxury hotel in Phnom Penh. I like the bath tub, good atmosphere. Almost every night there was live music at the ground bar and restaurant. Nice swimming pool, gym. Next to Aeon Mall.

Friendly service: Almost all staff welcome to help
Superb atmosphere: Most thing I hate about this hotel is the breakfast room atmosphere. You don't want to go outside to work because the room is so cozy!!

i enjoyed this stay the as i always do visiting Sofitels. large room, lean, not noisy. great location, next to the biggest shopping mall. amazing variety of food at the breakfast and nice snacks in the executive lounge. good Japanese restaurant at the ground floor
