  We have just returned from our cooking class. It was well run, easy to follow and the dishes we made were delicious. Apart from the knowledge learned, we were also helping to support a local community.

  I booked this cooking class only one night before it started and they managed a wonderful morning cooking class with pick up & drop off service.
  
  We were only two participants in total, yet we had the entire cooking space for ourselves. The chef was very friendly, spoke mostly good English and introduced us to a local family as well as explained all the steps we needed to prepare our dishes.
  
  We got a cook book at the end (including a list with some ingredients that can be replaced with European products, as it will be hard to buy some of them overseas).
  
  I would recommend to book a half day cooking class - no matter whether you come alone or with friends, it's just a great experience.
