Very delicious food and I liked to stay there a lot. WiFi is for free and also some water. The place is filled with photographies of a Spanish photographer who once owned this restaurant. The staff is very polite and courteous. The music is relaxing and it's located centrally. I liked it very much and would recommend to others. I also would eat there again

Really good, it gets busy so we waited for 10 to 15 minutes to be served (would have been nice to have been offered a drink in that time) but was so worth the wait. Also, it's quite nice to chill out, sit cross legged on the floor and listen to the calming music - could have sat there all night. I had the Chicken Amok - amazing. Tasted so fresh and full of flavour. A well run family restaurant.

I ordered the Vegetarian Amok and it came with chicken by mistake, not a big deal I just ate it and it tasted pretty good. But the sandwich was very small, no cheese and a very slim slice of meat. For the price the sandwiches need to be better quality.

Terrible. I never give 1* reviews but this place surely deserves it. I am assuming it's just what I ordered because other dishes looked ok but the "bacon brie jam sandwich" had no brie, jam, or bacon. It was a small amount of bad mozzarella and one layer of some sort of warm deli meat. I would be disappointed if someone gave that to me not to mention spending $3.50 on it. This has to be one of the worst places I've eaten in the last 4 months of travel in Southeast Asia.

Hands down the best amok I’ve had in Cambodia. My usually carnivorous husband actually preferred the vegetarian amok to the chicken dish we had. The chicken lak lok came with a great dipping sauce made with lime juice and Kampot pepper.
About the World is a great family-run business. The owner’s 3 year old son came bouncing up to our table several times, offering us his toy triceratops and stegosaurus. We were made to feel very welcome, especially since the owner speaks very good English so we could communicate well.

Amazing food , we had dinner for 2 nights the owners are really proud and very nice and take care of you. The restaurant is very cozy and looks clean and beautiful and again the food is fabulous!!

"clean" and tasty food. I've been in Cambodia for about 10 days already and this is the first time I've eaten in a khmer restaurant and got the "clean" dish feeling. Up until now, I always got the feeling that the food was made in a dark dirty place, but not this time. The food is also tasty and cheap. I must conclude : amazing restaurant.

Such a gem in the city! The restaurant is very warm - it has tables inside which you can sit on pillows on the ground or taller tables outside. Very impressed by the food - spring rolls were nice and crunchy with a good taste. We also had the amok chicken and curry chicken, really good! Dishes are around 3-4 USD. Smoothies were tasty and around 1.75 USD. Would definitely recommend this place. Owners are very nice and kept dropping by to make sure everything was good.

What a beautiful welcoming family. Easily the most delicious
Khmer food I've sampled in Cambodia. Sarin, the owner can speak and understand English very well. He even helped us find a beautiful long term house rental.

Amazing food, amazing place and even more amazing people!!
They are coocking and caring with sincere love for merely a small price of 3dollars for a nice plate of (vegetarian) food!
I keep on coming back and enjoy having a chat with them and read my book in the nice leisurely atmospheres!
I definitely recommend visiting!!!

A small, lovely place on a quite side-street of Battambang. The owners are really friendly and speek really good english. They have very good Khmer and Western food for a fair price!

The best thing about this restaurant is how kind and friendly the owners are, but it has a lot of other stuff going for it too! We were looking for reasonably priced vegetarian food at around 9pm and found this place. Ordered the eggplant and the vegetarian loklak, which were both really tasty and cost around $3 for a generous portion. Local beer is just 75 cents a can. I also enjoyed the general ambience of the restaurant. There's lots of art on the walls and handicrafts for sale.
