Food is good and cheap, very cambodian atmosphere. Going before dark they probably wont be serving food but you can get a nice view of the city while enjoying a beer. The mountains can be visable to the south west depending on how much haze there is.

Super yummy fried chicken with chilli and salt but watch out for bones! Also lotssssss of bugs. Yes hello hi we are tourists and were the only ones bothered by this so take that into consideration :)
