  I ordered on jumia. I waited two hours for the food. When it came it was fridge cold and wet. The price on jumia was cheaper than the real price, maybe it's to trick you, I don't know Urban burger and Big Square is much better. More professional, and low prices

  The service is pathetic. You go in there and the staff are all gossiping and doing nothing. As for the delivery, it takes 2 hours even if you are next door. They batch the orders and wait for deliveries to pile up to ensure food which takes 10 minutes to make is received cold. Yet the riders can be seen sleeping on their boda bodas. Food is pathetic. Hot donkey😂

  The fact that I waited for nearly 2 hours for my order to be delivered.3 minutes later I realised it's a wrong order! I'm given somebody else's food! I call them and they assure me in 15 minutes I'm getting my correct ordered foodhere I am still waiting for the food for almost 1 hour yet again. So disappointed

  This burgers are a classic,never too plain nor exaggerated.They are just always yummy,price is good and you are guaranteed satisfaction.Love the Ngong Road location, after renovation its very beautiful and classy.

  Recently remodeled the sitting area so it's much more pleasant than before. Same Steers food selection as you'd expect.
