A very hospital hotel. Humbled personnel and caring (they always safely keep my car while am enjoying their services and meals)

One of Nairobi 's oldest hotels and a classic experience. The decor and feel of this hotel takes you back in time with little historical snippets on the walls. The staff are very helpful and professional and will b bake you stay very comfortable.
It is right in the middle of the Nairobi city centre and most amenities are a short walk away

Located right in the heart of the central business district, this is the oldest hotel in Nairobi having been established in 1902 when the city was a railway halt. The ambience comprises of the historic, modern and sophisticated. Perfect for business travelers and those seeking a certain air of class in their travel.

Probably the best hotel i've stayed at in
Africa. More staff than you can count.

An amazing Victorian bar lounge, great
    drinks and good atmosphere. The
rooms are spacious with high quality
air conditioning and it's a great central
    location. I would highly recommend
this for any visitor. Well worth the
    money.

I've been dining at the Sarova Stanely Restaurant for a few years now..they have great food. And once I was with a friend who couldn't eat what she had ordered due to spice and they offered to prepare another meal..and also added free desert to it. 😀.the waiters are also so friendly

The bar upstairs was so good. The staff was so helpful. Their freshly squized juice was so tasty. I held several meetings and had no problem at all. Food came on time.

I visited the Thorn Cafe in Sarova Stanley during the Pizza week festival, I loved their pizzas. The environment is serene despite the fact that it is located in town. The service and the welcome was amazing! If you are looking for a classy, affordable and serene environment for lunch or dinner in town I would highly recommend this place.

A lot of history is in this wonderful place. You get to see the old Nairobi town images hanging on their walls like way back in the 80s and 90s. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and well prepared and the concierge desk was extremely helpful. I’d totally love to go back for a night or just dinner

Went there for lunch, the day before Christmas. Service is OK, food was delicious. The Pool Deck restaurant is on the 5th floor by the pool. Being open roof, it has a interesting view of the surrounding tall buildings of central Nairobi against the sky.
The tables are large and well spaced with the effect of a relaxed, uncrowded atmosphere. There's a bar too, if you're looking for a relaxed place to have a few drinks.

Love the place. Been here the second time now, and if the company sends me, I'll gladly be coming back! The hotel is old school, it's been there since 1902 and has kept the "old" flair. Everything is clean and neat. Staff is very courteous, food at the restaurant be it breakfast or dinner is very good.

Nice and great place. The prices in the menu and receipt are worlds apart. If u ask they said the menu is excluding taxes. Honesty and openness is vital. Meals n snacks are too expensive compared to other places with better food

Known for its quality, Sarova Stanley is located at the center of Nairobi city making it easily accessible whenever in town. It also boasts branches out of the town. The quality of its services is unsustainable.

One of the most centrally located hotel in Nairobi. If there's one thing Sarova Stanley's wins at its location and the resulting convenience. It's accessible and has good enough conference rooms. There is valet parking. Food is great and they have a bar at first floor.

The food is great! I absolutely love their gym, if you like clean gym bathrooms this place is it! Four stars cause their rooms are a trip down memory lane for the price but are clean and cosy. The location is great cause it is in the centre of the CBD. Not forgetting they have a heated pool!

I specifically visited Thai Chi restaurant at the Stanley. The food was delicious and as an added and unexpected bonus, you can have a mini neck and shoulder massage as you wait for your food. I loved it. Gentlemen must be warned however that there is a dress code to dine here and it would be advisable to call and make a reservation before turning up.

I travel constantly, staying at good quality hotels. I have been to different places in Africa and Nairobi, Kenya was one of the good ones. This hotel is decorated beautifully. The staff speaks English well. However, the minute I walked into my room huge bugs started coming out of the sink. The breakfast was delicious but there were two bugs in the juice I got. Later on when I woke up around 3 am in the morning, there were mosquitoes flying around in the room. I had not even opened the windows. One thing I can say is that all of these insect problems are disgusting and worrisome.

A great hotel rich in history and charm. Its well done and maintained, and the service standard is top notch. The food is great, the drinks aplenty and service to match. If you are a visitor and go downtown Nairobi then you must check out the Stanley
