I selected this place as it had high reviews but on arrival that's not what I got,1.room we got had a broken down TV,finally after 2 or more hours we got shifted to new room,alas hot water not working there but we were too tired to complain or move again. TV now working but disconnected from advertised DSTV channels (on their site)so we had to do with 2 boring local stations that had zero entertainment. Place is in a very dangerous area ,half rooms are on the road side, lots of noise, only good thing about the place is their interior /exterior deco except the beds that are old and caved in

Khweza is located about 15-20 minute walk from the central Nairobi. Not a bad location with the exception of one shady area halfway to the city centre. Guests are encouraged to take taxis after sunset. However, the area didn't look dangerous but due to the city reputation, it's better to be safe than sorry. Westlands, more cosmopolitan part of the city, is about 45 min walk or $2.5 Uber ride away. Khweza offers rooftop bar and restaurant with partial view do the CBD. Breakfast is served at the restaurant or as room service. Facilities are good and the staff is planty and super friendly and helpful

very friendly staff, lovely breakfast. Well kept rooms. Rates good, Food is great,This is my third stay here and love it..Only complain is that the TV system only carries 1 channel. European league..I would suggest the hotel invest a phone system to all the rooms. easing taking trips to the reception desk. Lastly a small ICE making machine.Otherwise keep it up folks.
