Nice hotel. Beautiful landscaping and pool area, clean and modern gym and spa. Staff were wonderful throughout the hotel. Breakfast buffet offers a lot of options for different dietary needs. Easy walk to Sarit Center (mall) for shopping and dining.

Great location just behind Sarit Centre. Rooms are spacious and they have an awesome breakfast. They have a good gym too.

It's an old hotel and unfortunately it hasn't kept up with the times so there are more modern hotels to visit within the area. For a conference or workshop, you're better off using another hotel. The food is okay, nothing to write home about.

I attended a workshop at the hotel for four days.Its very green,in a quite place,excellent conference facilities and the food is really good and even if you are vegan or eating healthy they have loads of salad options.

The gazebo is probably the only patch of garden I've seen in Westlands. Good place to enjoy a coffee. Also you can enjoy a king's breakfast here, and you're walking distance to almost everything.

Lovely place staff are very helpful. Accommodation was super clean quiet and up to date. Pool area and eateries are beautiful. Food and drink is a bit pricey but it's a hotel so we expected it. Would definitely recommend.

It used to be a good facility some few years ago. It still enjoys nice location and green lawns. Rooms are not the same standard though and quality has gone down, probably since the owner died

old fashioned hotel with friendly staff. The restaurant serves really good food. I cannot understand some comments the food needs improvement.

Rooms could get some more style. Overall a good choice but I wouldn’t call it luxury hotel from a European prospective

Pool and spa seem to be very reasonable. The gym is equipped with modern training stations.
Unfortunately we could not use them unfortunately.

Jacaranda has been one of the best resorts I have visited and had the pleasure of staying in. From the welcoming and attentive service, such as the likes of Boniface who will greet you with a smile every morning, to the magestic beach views. If slightly bored at any time, they have table tennis, pool (both snooker and swimming) or even volleyball facilities for your entertainment - relief to the likes of me who don’t necessarily want to lay around 24/7.

And I appreciate the breakfast 👌🏽

So, if you happen to be in Diani, I would recommend Jacaranda hotels without a doubt.

One of the better hotels in Nairobi. The accommodation and restaurants are world class. Just a few minutes drive from the city centre (Nairobi traffic permitting). Watch out for the mosquitoes by the poolside in the evening.
