No information for hotel services inside room TV does not have any informations about room services qr code for menu is not working u have to go down to reception asking for menu and any contact number for services no hair dryers when I ask they told me house keeping is closed we can take u to another room where there is a home dryer it is very bad experience I don't recommend this hotel chain at all poor service strange answers

Was in this place for the first time lol😂. I usually visit the Hilton arcade but not the hotel. Spacious conference rooms, the food was average but good service. Loved their fish.

How do you force someone to pay for parking for just walking in. Worst service experience, especially from the security men and their manager. I was to stay there for the night but ended up looking for a different hotel. Wouldn't recommend.

Hilton is one of the oldest hotels in Nairobi the city of Kenya. Situated at the centre of the Nairobi central business district next to two main bus stops, ambassador stage and Kencom. The hotel offers quality accommodation and breakfast. It's also has big conference rooms ideal for large groups. Hosts a bank that operates up to late hours. The hotel is less than 10KM to the Nairobi national museum and approximately 15KM to Nairobi animal orphanage and national park. While there GUEST can get a good opportunity to have a feeling of Nairobi life at day and night.

Fairly small but very good, neat well maintained I loved the visit to this establishment. I would recommend to anyone wanting to visit here. Yeah sure could have made them a bit bigger but then again they are adequate. Big ups HIlton.

The food options here are amazing! So much to choose from, so much to sample from, so many different restaurants within. A wonderful place for occasions such as fundraisers, evening office parties, cocktail parties, or product launches etc. The atmosphere is one that speaks of class and sophistication - definitely not a place for a casual date. Beautiful service, and rooms that would suit just about anyone. 100% recommended for corporates, individuals, and couples alike

For a Hilton it was average. The large reception area looks very nice but the rooms are old and plumbing is not great. Sink in the bathroom leaked and had to call reception. Had to for dinner in the hotel and the food was a little overpriced but good. Overall it was an average experience. Hilton Nairobi you need to clean up your act.

One of the oldest five star establishments in Nairobi. Is part of the Hilton chain of hotels found all over the world. It's signature design means that the rooms are curved hence gives the illusion that the room is alone and not along a long corridor of rooms which is nice. Their extensive menu contains delicious food and is a popular conference venue due to the central location. However parking is limited although arrangements can be made with the International Life House across the road. Has a modern gymn and spa as well as strategically located swimming pool at the terrace. The focal point of beauty when you enter the hotel is the winding staircase to the first floor meeting rooms. Must visit while in Nairobi

I have been to Hilton severally for meetings. The reception is amazing and the staff are inviting and extremely friendly. There is enough parking and it’s easily accessible because it within town. The ambience is relaxing and they have a unique design which has a touch of finesse. I have tasted the food as well, it was tasty and well presented. Waiting to spend a night here one day!!

I can assure you security at this place is very tight, the staffs are very friendly (that is for fact). Swimming area is nice It gives out nice atmosphere and being sorrounded with the smell of nature(plants everywhere) make you feel more wanting

Was here for a week, ambience is nice, staff helpful, food tasty. It’s in the city centre and surrounded by a lot of restaurants and shops. Everyone working there are helpful and meets your requirements. It’s well secured aswell. They have a showroom and meeting rooms just inside the hotel.

The Hilton is comparatively one of the cleanest, safest, and most comfortable hotels in Nairobi. If traveling for business or leisure it meets every need. I appreciated the high level of security when arriving (cars are inspected with a camera that goes underneath the car). The executive level breakfast is very nice and offers international breakfast options. Compared to Hilton hotels in the US this one has some features that are a bit worn typical of an older hotel but overall it is still one of the best options in town and a great value. I find the vintage decor to be a charming ode to the past, and it offers a nice pool, business center, several restaurants, and a car service.

The Hilton honors lounge is comfortable and provides a good English breakfast and a nice evening snack or meal. Attended a members' for a professional body The Hilton is a beautiful piece of architecture centrally located with access to all landmarks shopping malls and attractions around the CBD. Would give a five star but in my humble opinion it is time for a complete make over the stuff around is growing old

This hotel sparks out with an excellent service. All staff is extremely friendly and helpful all the time. Much better then the intercontinental in Nairobi. Unfortunately the interior is quite old. The furnitures are working, nevertheless everything is used very much. I slept at the executive floor.

It is a great place to stay , simply excellent they made our stay in the heart of Nairobi with great , very helpful staff. They will manage a guide , you can go to the city by taxi or bus . They will do everything they could to please you, and always with a smile on your faces, they are pros.
You will never forget your stay in Nairobi.
