Quiet and restful retreat from the hustles of town. First night great music by a blind couple. The other nights not so good. The food and service were great. The view of the ocean from the balcony is wow! The tv is a disgrace. Can go back again.

So much needs to be done here! Sincerely, it just feels like a government institution. No, inter-vom, double room feels too right, bathroom taps very rusty, balcony door not opening properly. The lawn fronting the beach, is not well maintained. Just refurbish the place please. However, staff are very friendly

Loved it most when still a yoingin. Really needs a major facelift and new management Just a recommendation. Anyway still remains as the best pool size around.

Improve on grooming the compound and air cons maintenance plus paints. A new coat of paint will improve your image. Further doors are old and connecting with the reception from the room is not possible. Your location is excellent but services are not competitive even using horizontal comparison. Being next to Voyager and Bahari beach hotels should provoke you to wake up.

This is a big hotel in a good location in Nyali with a large beach front and gardens. Poor maintenance and some rooms delapidated. It needs a major refurbishment. The food is good and the staff eager to serve.

Very Poor service discrimination on local tourist (Kenyans) and visitors at the gate. They allow luxurious types of vehicles only (ie Range rovers, Land Cruisers etc) No personal bikes, Old vehicles, and tuk tuk. I totally disrecommend Mombasa Beach Hotel

Ambiance, comfort, serenity is what Mombasa Beach Hotel is all about. The beach is just about fifty meters away from the hotel. There are very friendly staff and very spacious lounge.
