Good value for the little money I paid on booking. Com food prices are to high for it's standard. My rate was bed only and the room was very comfortable

Not a bad place for conference facilities but need to improve on their PA systems. Their teas are superb

Not a bad hotel. Lovely interior architecture. I haven't been in the rooms but from the outside I bet it's good. The events held are also good. Would be nice for corporate events and exhibitions if at all you'd want to host one.

Apart from the horrible quality of my photos this place is awesome the people are really friendly the gym is well-equipped there's sauna and swimminpool people are smiley and kind. everything is as shown on their profile. They obviously put a lot of effort in safety the area is really safe and well protected

This hotel has so much potential and helpful staff but it really could do with a complete refurbishment to bring to par with its peers.

One of those old but still fancy hotels in the city. Is very common with tourists. If you're staying at Laico, it will be easy for you to move around the city coz they got cab services right outside the hotel..

Nice hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Pool and gym are both nice. All of the staff (except one man) were very nice and welcoming.

My only problem was at checkout. I was told breakfast wasn't included and since I ate breakfast there I had to pay $30. First of all, I'm almost positive it said "breakfast included" when I booked online. But even if it didn't, $30 is way too expensive for that breakfast. And there were many chances for the staff to mention that the breakfast was not included. I felt that I was intentionally mislead about the breakfast so the hotel could trick $60 out of me and my friend. I find that very unprofessional. And we were given four complimentary waters and I put them in the fridge and my friend accidentally drank a water that was put there for the mini bar. This is an honest mistake. The complimentary water was still in there and they are basically the same water (I think the complimentary bottle is like 25ml less) so in my opinion we should not have been charged for that. The man at checkout was very belligerent and wouldn't listen. He charged us $3 for the water then threw the money at us. Very low class.

It's not about the money. It's about the principle. Whatever happened to "the customer is always right"? There are professional ways to handle the above problems and the hotel did not do them. The hotel cared more about getting that extra $63 out of us than it did about customer service. Once again, very low class. If you want to present your hotel as a high class establishment I advise you stop doing things like this.

Book with confidence, a good hotel in the heart of town. The staff are fabulous and treat you like family. Is it the most modern, no, is it the most prestigious, no, is it great value for money, YES, is it safe, YES, is it somewhere I will use again, Definitely! Sure there are better hotels, but that is true anywhere, this is a good place to stay, I will use it again. Everything works, everything is clean and tidy, the staff are the best bit! Thank you everyone at The Regency.
