  I got a rubber band in my rice. I reported by email but no response to date. I took a snap. I told someone big cholera threat. Poor hygiene. I've also noticed declining quality. Am a regular customer. Management should check sms not just for Mpesa but complaints

  WORST service ever!I am based on Msa road, airtel building. I have been unable to place an order because apparently no outlet is allowed to serve this area! Not bellevue, not Embakasi, not Langata, not Industrial area! The answer being given is 'we are not allowed to service that area'. My question is, whose area is it then! Bellevue does not have chicken inn so for them to deliver to me, i have to order from their menus(pizza inn/galitos) which is not what I wanted! So i have to sadly choose from their options. . .In this day and age, WHO does that!!

  Very disappointed with your dial-a-delivery service for Galitos bellevue..it would be really nice if you specified which areas you don't deliver to within Nairobi. Apparently Nyayo estate - Embakasi and environs doesn't count.
