Very nice hotel - clean, quiet, breakfast included. Quick access to mass transit.
Good facilities & amenities. I had a comfortable stay, the staff were helpful. And breakfast was satisfactory (loved the soup of the day selections).
Spacious rooms, slightly dated furnishings but excellent nonetheless. Great proximity to tokyo monorail-one stop from hamamatsucho station. Free breakfast included in room rates-superb pastries.
Great hotel, with a convenient location. It is an easy walk to multiple subway and train lines. The staff speaks English and the included breakfast helped me get each day started right. The rooms were clean and had everything needed.
Hotel is very nice and location is superb. You get easy access to public transport, plenty of restaurants and shopping centers with underground connectivity. Since there are many starbucks, McDonald, Subway and other restaurant options no one will have a issue with food if you stay in this area. Hotel has vending machines in each floor. Vending machine room in Odd number floors are with Microwave, while even number floors are with coin washer & dryer plus an ironing board. I would have given 5 stars if the breakfast buffet was good. To be honest it is pathetic. Other than breakfast, it was a great place to stay.
Rooms are very clean but small. But they have all the amenities you need. Plus coin laundry on every floor. Two train stations very close by. Lots of shops and food very close.
Clean rooms albeit very small. But good for price. Breakfast is pretty good.
Nice hotel, great location and conveniently located near train station and within walking distance ro the 2nd station. Many restaurant available within walking distance.
However, I would recommend improving breakfast options to include more options for vegetarians/ muslim meals.
Overall good choice.
Spacious room for Tokyo standards. Great service and location. Close walk to Ginza. The buffet breakfast is simple yet everything you need to have a great start to your day.
Upscale hotel with a good western breakfast. Room is small but bigger than most hotel rooms in Tokyo. We had a view of the business district and trains going by every 5 mins. Bed was horrible and hard; we didn't get a good night rest. The bed was a full which was nice but didn't help especially when the mattress was stiff. Coin operated laundry is available as well as vending machines. Not far from train/subway stations, all can be reached within a mile. To get to hotel, it is best to take the sky walkway above the streets. It was a nice hotel but, the immediate surrounding area had nothing to do and being in the business district, it was cold and not cozy for a family vacation.
