This hotel is recommended by my friend and I have to say it is top-notch indeed. We stayed at the corner deluxe suite with twin beds. The room is in decent size and the layout of the bathroom is nice with the bath/shower separated from the toilet. It is very clean and we had a great view. The staff is very friendly and super helpful. They helped booked our restaurants etc. The location is great too. 2 minutes walk to subway station and bus stop to/from HND/NRT airport. The hotel has laundry room (self service), and vending machines etc. I will definitely come back to stay here next time. Some people complained in their reviews about the room being too small. However, I think for a standard double room, the price Ryumeikan is asking for is very reasonable. If you want more space, you should pay more to get one of these corner rooms and you will be very satisfied with your choice. Thank you very much for providing a lovely experience for my stay in Tokyo. I highly recommend this hotel.
Nice modern hotel.. the room size is pretty small considering i'm asian but i got this room very cool, the bed has speaker on it and also comfortable.. the toilet was awesome! It has automatic toilet seat and rain shower..
The location is very good just across tokyo station very convenient for JR user as well as commute around tokyo.. also shopping mall next to tokyo station..
For people who use bus from narita airport, across the building is marunouchi the stop from airport to tokyo and in front of the hotel not very far is the bus stop to narita..
Last but not the least, very easy to find restaurants around the hotel.. on tokyo station they have plenty of restaurant and few blocks also few restaurants available..
Next time i will definitely stay in this hotel again!!
The hotel is in a great location and is easy to find. The staff was very helpful. The room was small, but met all of my needs. It was quiet and the temperature was well controlled. The only negative was that my room window was directly opposite a water tank on the next building -- no view.
Great hotel, excellent staff, best location in Tokyo. Across from Tokyo Station and great shopping, airport bus in front of hotel, American style coffee shop/cafe next door. Hotel restaurant has an incredible lunch buffet. Excellent dinner menu with great city views and servers wear kimonos for a very 'Japanese' experience. We loved the bathroom amenities. I rented the foot/leg massager because we walked the neighborhood extensively and I highly recommend it!
Hotel staff helpful in finding a pharmacy close to hotel. A savior. Room exceeding small, no room to put clothes away due to lack of storage. Not a good room for 2 people staying for 4 days. For one person this would be a great room. Close to the train station and great coffee shop 2 doors a way. Good location only room too small since bed was against the wall need to climb over other person to get out of bed. Hotel well maintained and clean
Business hotel with easy access to Tokyo station. Room was average, service was excellent.
Good staff, with good English skills. Rooms always clean, good breakfast.
Excellent place for my first night in Tokyo! It's close to Tokyo Station, the rooms are a good size, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The shower has a rain shower, which was the perfect way to relax after a long flight. The curtains are great at blocking out light, so sleeping in was no problem! The front desk staff are extremely pleasant and made me feel welcome!
Your hotel and the experience staying there was excellent. (The TV remote did not work, though)
You make a great effort to present English in your many pamphlets and guide sheets in the room and in the hotel, it needs polish by a native speaker. Some phrases have a different meaning than what you intended, and I think this is due to it being a direct translation of the Japanese.
I have lived in Japan for 29 years, speak Japanese, and really appreciated your approach to "omotenashi". Your front desk staff are well trained and know exactly what to say and not to say. Nice job.
