Good location, near the train stations. Convenience store beside the hotel. Clean rooms. Friendly staffs.

Room was well appointed for Tokyo standards. Short walk to JR rail station, and 1 stop from Akihabara . 24 hour convenience store(Lawson station) attached to lobby.

Easy access to rail. Walking distance to many restaurants/ eateries. Room was small but adequate. Bed is on the firm side but comfy. We liked the pillows. Cons: leaky sink faucet. No drawer or closet for clothes; has hangers to hang coats.

Hotel is clean and smart with helpful staff. The location makes it easy to explore Tokyo as there is a subway/JR station a few minutes walk away. But the rooms are tiny. The bed was much closer in size yo a single than a double, so really not suitable for 2 people. Would be fine for solo travellers however.

Towels and pillow case had a strong odd smell as if only chlorine was used and no parfume. Bed sheets were a little stained and the bathroom vent was making a low annoying truck hum when in use. But quite good location.

Large room compared to other places I've stayed at but that's only because we booked a room with a kitchenette. The rooms previous occupants seem to have tried to trash it as there are dents and marks all over the place including the TV (not noticeable when on) . It a shame really. No pots or pans provided. Room was mostly clean if a little dusty in places.

The hotel is very good. The service are amazing. The price is the best for what you get. But the rooms are REALLY small! I recommend thia hotel for all! Great location!

Location closed to the station. Next to lawson. Within one block or more radius, you can find lots and lots of food restaurants. Very convenient hotel

The location is super close. A few mins walk to JR and got Lawson at it 1st floor with direct access from the Lobby. Price is slightly high but the room condition is great , the staff is very nice and helpful.

Good location. Very close 2 minute walk to the nearest station, good restaurants nearby as well. Room itself is very tidy but small. Attached is a 24 hour convinience store with ready to eat food and good snacks. Highly recommended it, the service staff is excellent and friendly.
