budget and small but well thought spaces with the necessary amenities. Definitely value for it's location that's near the JR line which has direct access to the airport. One of my favourite budget inn.

Really central, just out of Ikebukuro north/ west exit and a 5-10 min walk; huge facility with lots of rooms.

Good location, not too far from the station, staff are always helpful to me. I have stayed in Toyoko inns the length and breadth of Japan. The rooms for the price although not big, are big enough. If you want a luxury stay then it's not for you but if you you want a safe, clean well located and reasonably priced place to sleep then it is hard to beat. Join the Toyoko inn club and get a discount plus a free night for every 10 you stay(conditions apply)

Good breakfast, friendly staff. The location is only 6 minutes from the station not too hard to find. Still uses physical keys rather than a card reader. Decent room, but not much of a view. Close to prostitution, but then again it's Ikebukuro.
