Clean rooms. Affordable rates. English-speaking staff. Conveniently located near the JR Nippori station.

Rooms are fine, room cleaning isn't available during stay, entrance closes after 10pm so you will have trouble getting back into your room afterwards. However, other than that the hotel is pretty standard.

As can be seen in my pictures, this place is very complete. In all our stay in Japan, this place made us the most comfortable. It has a microwave for all the food we buy from family mart, Lawson, or 7-11. It has cords for phone charging. It has a stove. Appliance to boil water. Towels. Liquid soap and shampoo. Etc. You won't even need anything or any assistance at all.

WiFi could be better, but rooms are fairly spacious and standard for the price point. Location is quite good as it's only a 5 min walk to the station. There's no maid service included but you can buy it, though we would rather keep our room to ourselves.

Business hotel, close to station with lots of shops and restaurants around. 24/7 supermarket close.by too which discounts food around 10pm. Room is small, which is to be expected for JP. Almost like a self contained apartment with microwave and portabke electric hob. Can request clean towels as no room service/daily clean which is 2000yen charge.

Only has smoking rooms, apart from that it is a bit of but service is good. The area around is very well served, and very close to the Nippori station (Yamanote love)

The room was clean, but seems to need renovation. Bath is very small and no toilet brush. There was a kitchen, but no plates or knives etc.

Typical business Japanese hotel, small, etc. But a bit old. Staff very helpful. We couldn't get rid of the Tobacco smell even opening windows all day

Pros.
-Location is fine.
-Price is cheap.
Cons.
-Small room and bathroom.
-Too much smoking smell came into the room from somewhere even staying at non-smoking room.
-Poor WiFi connection at 6th floor.
-DVD player was totally not working even we paid ¥1000 for a access ticket.
