Rooms are OK for Tokyo's standards. Very clean and efficient. Location is very good. Only 7-8 minutes walk from Tamachi Station (Yamanote Line). Complimentary breakfast is a plus.

Comfortable hotel, queen bed avg size room but good for japanese standards good breakfast and free wifi, 5 min walk from tamachi station. Photo is view from top floor

Nothing to complain. The commentary breakfast was nice; would be nice to offer complementary laundry to accommodate the high price tag.

The staff is courteous and the rooms are in decent condition. The bathroom is actually a pretty good size compared to other Japanese business hotels. Hotel is actually part of an office building with its own segregated lobby
The location is pretty good especially if you are looking to travel around Tokyo or south to Yokohama. A little bit of a walk to Tamachi station or Mita but nothing crazy even if you have luggage. Definitely an advantage to have access to the subway and the JR lines in one spot. Also busses to Odaiba and other locations are readily available.
The immediate area is pretty sleepy by Tokyo standards.
The breakfast is not quite Western enough and not quite Japanese enough it feels like Not bad But not really fitting either category. Was free so not too many complaints. Just an FYI.
The hotel isn't bad at all, just doesn't really seem like it hits the same marks like maybe a Toyoko Inn that has a few more amenities and better hotel feel. Definitely a great value and an excellent location to kick off days of exploration.response / report this review -

The hotel is in other office together, and the building has few entrances, but if we enter the office entrance, building security said, don't enter from office entrance to hotel. However, between hotel and office has door, so we thought we can enter there. the building should prepare something sign about it. Hotel quality and place is quite good. We can see nice view. walking time is about 10 minutes from station.

Only stayed one night so far, but it's a great base for visiting Tokyo. Staff very helpful and speak good English. Very clean. Could do with more storage space - maybe under bed?

Nice clean rooms near airport transportation. The breakfast menu was good! There was natto yummy! Many other things too
