great convenient location from shinagawa station, lovely garden in the back that would look amazing during cherry blossom season. really impressed with the level of service and room quality (jets in the tub!) and the executive lounge.
Very nice modern hotel, recently differentiated (Marriott) from the other Prince hotels, so locals cab drivers might be a bit confused about where this I've is, but they are all in the same area.
Overall, a high-end, excellent hotel with excellent amenities and as-always in Japan, attentive staff. Good executive lounge, bar and restaurant options.
Location is nice allows easy access to more crowded areas of Tokyo, but also shinagawa is a major train him, so you can get to popular destination Kyoto from here very easily in the bullet train
Absolutely awesome experience. The best of Marriott with Japanese style. Staff are incredible and fluent in English even though this is Japan. If you need to be in Japan but do not know your way, this is a great spot.
Beautiful hotel with a stunning Japanese garden right outside the door. Staff were very polite. Room was very clean and quite large by Japanese standards. Location was a quick 5 minute walk from Shinagawa Station. Highly recommended.
Convenient location.
Quiet and peaceful corner.
Beautiful garden.
Excellent service.
Large size room.
I really like the design, so detailed and delicate.
Elegant. Classy. Comfortable. Their attention to detail and the beauty of the grounds add to the experience. I look forward to my return.
Stayed there a couple of nights. It's conveniently located by Shinagawa station. Rooms are large for Tokyo. Friendly staff.
Terrific 4 night stay, outstanding customer service offered by the staff, and caters to more western tastes with large rooms and restaurant menus. It's a bit further out, but offers rates $50 to $75 lower per night than properties closer to city center. Across from rail / subway station, plenty of taxi cabs on call. Huge variety and quantity of Japanese, asian, and American restaurants within short walking distance. The beautiful Japanese garden it shares with the other 3 partner hotels is incredibly serene. It's an older property, but every room has been upgraded with modern amenities, very comfortable beds, and large flat screen HD TV. Only gripe is the very slow Internet service, but will gladly stay here again and high recommend it to others. Marriott Rewards members get free breakfast buffet (Gold and higher) and Internet service.
Stay here every chance I get for work. Granted it's typically only one night as I pass through Tokyo. The rooms are western size rooms. They are well maintained and the staff is pretty accommodating. Love the proximity to the Shinagawa train station. It allows me to do some sight seeing all over the city at low cost to get around. Plus that I am to book it back home from Marriott.
Spacious, well appointed rooms with nice amenities. Beds are massive and comfortable — far better than most hotel beds. Rooms and premises are immaculate; staff are warm and accommodating. Fee to use the gym is irksome and on the steep side (¥2160); whirlpool and steam/sauna is included in general hotel cost. Bit out of the way but near Shinagawa station so easy to get around.
