Convenient to Hamamatsucho Station (Monorail to Airport as well as JR/Subway lines). Larger clean rooms, modern. Close to neighborhood restaurants & shops. Good amenities.

Simple, clean and great staff. Walking distance from Hamamatuscho Bus station and Daimon station. About 10 minute walk to Hamamatuscho station with luggage.

Convenient location within walking distance of tourist attractions such as Tsukiji fish market and Tokyo Tower. Not in the heart of the action of Tokyo but close subway lines that will get you there. Rooms are small but clean and adequate for two people. English speaking staff and free WiFi!

The hotel is good value. The staff were kind enough to cancel a day of our stay as our flight was delayed. Small rooms, but clean.

great service, great hotel, great location very close to familymart, 7-eleven, lawson, train & subway station. I've stayed at mystays hamamatsucho hotel 3 times (first time in 2011, second time 2014 and third time in 2015). I definitely will stay at this hotel again when I visit tokyo in the future :D

I really like the hotel for a short stay. Easy to reach from Haneda airport via monorail. Very close to city centre. Clean and well equipped rooms. Staff is friendly. The only down side is the rooms are small. But good value hotel to stay in Tokyo.
