Location: very good. Near to the Ueno station. Room: very cleen and confortable. Service: very good; kindly and very helpful operator.
Front desk staff not very honest. Guest should receive moisturiser and hair tonic package but she kept quiet about it.
Ok hotell. Western breakfast is very limited. Clean and tidy.
Stayed here last time we were in Ueno. Located in a good position with the train station and Ameyoko Markets nearby. Also, a short walk to the park.
A recently-built modern hotel in the midst of Ueno, a bustling part of the city that comprises a station that is a major subway and railway hub, and a huge park. Also, the oldest city market is within walking distance, as well as countless shops and restaurants spread along tiny streets - it was always a pleasure to take a stroll in this city within the city. Hotel staff was as can be expected friendly and efficient, and the room, if not of the size according to western standards, was somewhat larger than can be expected in Japan. Special mention for the large bed which comfortably accommodated two people. I would definitely return here should I go back to Tokyo.
Location right next to Tokyo subway, very close to JR Ueno station and Keisei Skyliner. Tons of good restaurant close by. Good hardware, including a good hair dryer, curling iron, facial steaming machine and air purifier. Electrical outlet right by the bed. Decent hotel room size for Japanese Hotel. Too bad it doesn't have Onsen/hot spring in the hotel.
Good location, clean and tidy
The location is very good. just few min walk to Ueno station and the museum. the only catch is the breakfast. it is too crowded and not worth for the price
another one #BAD experience of my #business #traveller life
#noisy #small #unconfortable to reach if you have more than #1day #luggage
Great location with a comfortable room (Extra charge 1000 yen per hour for late check out)
