Great hotel near to tennoji station. The hotel is pretty old bit very well kept. The rooms are big compared to other hotels in japan.

Highly recommend. Nice cumfy firm bed, room was spacious for Japanese accommodation, free water, tea and coffee machine in room. Shower was lovely (although a little dated in appearance it was clean and good water pressure). Nice city view from large window and a quiet room at night. Very friendly staff spoke enough english to make everything very easy and pleasant. Right across the road from Tennoji station so very easy for rail access. 10/10!

Convenient location less than 4 minutes walk from JR Tennoji Station, less than 2 minutes walk to Kintetsu line with ample shopping all around. Room size is great, roughly double the size of a similarly priced hotel in Tokyo. Staff is friendly, but may not speak English well. Ability to speak Japanese, while not mandatory, might help. I docked one star due to the 7th floor having a somewhat old smokey smell. You can tell no one smoked recently, but it's still in the walls from years before. Thankfully, they include an air filter in each room, which cancels out that smell pretty well.

Very conveniently located close to Tennoji station. Walking distance to several attractions and shops. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean, spacious, and well appointed. Would definitely stay here again.

Good price. Good buffet. Beautiful comfortable room. And very nice service foe a 3 stars hotel. Very great view of Osaka.

Good location. Easy access to train station, subway station and shopping places. Room is small, but clean. The reason I chose to stay here is the hotel close to the airport bus stop. It is more convenient to take bus to the airport than by train, especially when traveling with big luggages. Good choice to stay in Osaka.

Clean rooms -but in Japan there isn't an important detail because all around are clean-
