It be a bit confusing with Semba 2. This is the smaller hotel, slightly older. The room was very clean and breakfast wasn't overly crowded. It's about a 10 min walk to the subway.

船場。地下鉄の駅が近いので立地は便利。部屋の水回りも新しくて綺麗でした。不満はエレベーターが一機しかなくていつも待たされるのと、中国人客が夜ぎゃーぎゃーうるさかったこと。壁は薄い。

The staff are very polite and helpful. The rooms are very clean and everything you would expect is provided (shower gel, towels etc). The rooms are a little on the small side but no problem for one average sized adult. The hotel was in a convenient location, walking distance from the metro so no taxi was needed. Each room has wifi that is very easy to set up and the flat screen TV's are very nice. A buffet style breakfast was provided that tasted good. If you will go more than once, ask for a members card as it will pay for itself over a period of time. After so many stays you get a free night if I remember correctly.
