Very pleasant stay - very helpful staff, clean rooms, and the breakfast was excellent (won multiple trip advisor awards for the breakfast alone)

Nice hotel located just north of the train station. Clean rooms and friendly staff with an excllent buffet breakfast.

Hotel Poems Kobe was great! First of all, the room is good. Not big, but very clean and has all the toiletries with quality, and that's just the cheapest room! The real star of the show is the breakfast buffet! It is to die for and a must if you stay there! The selection is pretty good, and the quality is amazing. And the desserts oh man, you've got to try it! No wonder they're rated #1 hotel breakfast in Japan for 4 years!!

Stayed for 2 nights, rooms are very quiet and comfortable, western style. Good location about 10 mins walk from the main station in kobe, sannomiya. Also a short walk to many bars and restaurants. Didnt eat breakfast there but there was an excellent bakery a few doors away. Overall, would recommend.
