Tiny rooms, even if you pay for deluxe room.
The staff are really bad in English.
WiFi doesn't work 24/7. It can easily be no wifi for 3-4 hours every day.
Clean rooms and two free water bottles every day.
Nice location
The place is very clean. Very close to train station. Perfect
Good location good staff
Stayed 8 nights in this hotel during mid-April 2017. The hotel staff is friendly, English-speaking and helped us a lot during our stay. They even helped us to arrange luggage transfer. At the lobby area, there are free sample-sized amenities such as soap/mask daily. Connected to a small coffee shop that sells variety of sandwhiches, salad and hot/blended beverages. Although this is a 3-star hotel but the hotel is very up to the standard. Nothing fancy but clean and comfortable. We were given a spacious room (perhaps because we book the hotel for 8-night so somehow was given free upgrade and it was in high floor). The room was spacious that it can fit 2 big luggage and we had the attic room. Daily housekeeping and it situated just a stone-throw away from Akasaka Station. Plenty of restaurants and convenience stores nearby.
There are 2 Sukiya-kind outlet that operates 24 hours. Roppongi is within 20-minute walk distance. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and would like to stay here in the future. Recommended.
Really great place for me and my wife. We are 30 and are doing a 3 week backpacking trip throughout Japan and we started in Tokyo. The hotel is right next to a metro station in the heart of the Akasaka district and its location is amazing for sight seeing. Akasaka itself is a very classy district with lots of restaurants and bars. The hotel looks very nice. The room we stayed in was quite small by Canadian standards but seems pretty typical for Japan, especially at the price we got. Room was very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend the hotel to anyone who doesn't need much space and wants to see all of Tokyo.
Great room and hospitality. Located in akasaka right next to the metro and close to many restaurants
New, good service, nice room, everyday good cleaning, nice features. Good value for the money.
Hotel room would work better with a wall bed or something smart that would fold it away. Nice hotel for a short stay.
Yes, the olace is very near the mrt. Food chains and restos are nearby as well. There are free hygienic stuff that you can just grab anytime you need or want them. Provide free sake for new year and people are friendly. However must pay addtl 25$ if you wish to check in early. The rooms are quite small for the price.
Wonderful friendly staff. They speak English fluently or at least have someone on who does. Nice hotel, quiet, safe and very close to the train lines. Clean hotel and lots of free accommodations. It was a wonderful stay!
