Very nice hotel during my 5-night Tokyo stay. They have a very robust selection for the free breakfast, and the rooms are very nice. The power in the room turning on with the use of the keycard is wonderful-- not only is it just plain cool, it is an effective way of reducing the likelihood that you lose the card, or accidentally leave the room without it, since you would likely take it with you to turn off the lights as you leave.
The wifi is occasionally sluggish, but it is perfectly consistent and I never had any problem using it to check my email/send messages/watch video etc. As others have said, the rooms are small, and while I had no issue with it I'd not recommend this place if you're very very claustrophobic or just need more space for whatever reason.
They also leave free bottles of mineral water in your room every day! I quite liked that in particular. Overall, very pleasant hotel. Would come back again.response / report this review -

Stayed here with my mom and brother as I took them around Tokyo for the holiday. Our triple room was a bit cramped, but it was fine. The breakfast options are great, especially the buffet at the Manhattan Table restaurant (the view is amazing). Very convenient restaurants located on the B1 floor, a underground tunnel to the Shinjuku Station South, as well as a Family Mart. Great place to stay that's nearby everything you need if you are staying in Shinjuku.

This place was really great. The breakfast food isn’t the best unless you go up to the Manhattan table. They warn you that there’s going to be a long wait and that you shouldn’t go but I’ve only had to wait at most a half hour. For the view it’s totally worth it. Great access to the underground tunnels to get you to the train station when it rains.

A great hotel; handy to many stores and the Shinjuku Station. This hotel has many stores located in the building and has three main restaurants (and some smaller eateries on the lower floor. The only reason that this wasn’t five stars was for the room temperature which was very warm. I didn’t sleep under the sheets at all. The temperature is centrally controlled and couldn’t be changed.

Very reasonable prices. It's well within walking distance from Shinjuku station's west exit. The rooms are very small but they have all the basic amenities; shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand and facial soap, toothbrush, blow drier. There's a small fridge but no minibar. There's a convenience store open 24 hours on the first floor. The check-in went smoothly, and there are automated machines for check-out if you don't need to pay anything extra. There are coin lockers you can use free of charge for 12 hours after checking out. The hotel has parking but they don't validate even if you stay in the hotel.

Update: Complained repeatedly about the hot room and was told that the in-room AC only blows out air, and that there's nothing they could do aside from bringing us a fan. Room temp - by the hotel's thermometer - was 25.8 ℃. Sweated all night. Don't stay here unless you like being really, really warm.
Completely overpriced for the quality and services. One good point is the amenities and restaurants in the building. Had to walk around with luggage for 15 minutes before we could find the front desk, and do not allow early check-in. Gave us the wrong room (it's a single; was supposed to be a double), and room is hot, humid and tiny. Staff are very nice, but could not book us an airport shuttle for the time we needed without a 3100 yen charge. What exactly did I pay $250/night for? Should have just stayed in an Airbnb.response / report this review -

Just went there for lunch at the pizza place. Lunch menu was pasta, but there were small pizza slices that came with it buffet style. Good pasta and lots of side food if you want it.

Room was a semi double smoking room. The room was small. Not enough place to open up luggage. 2 big luggage and the room got not much space to move.. bed was comfort. Now is the season for cold weather. Thus no air con , only heater provide. Luckily they had a air blower inside room.. and window can be open daily by calling front desk. Location to shinjuku station still need to walk quite a distance.

While the room is rather small from a western perspective, floor space was acceptable. The height of the ceilings were rather low (only a concern around 6'3"). Other than that the room was good, and clean. The staff was exceptionally friendly, speaking English rather well, even humoured my poor oral Japanese. The hotel location is ideally located from the the bars to stumble home but at the same time far enough away that you don't hear any noise. Downsides include being located next to the least friendly pedestrian crossing I have had the displeasure of crossing.

We stayed for a week in one of their double rooms with two twin beds. They have good service, albeit in halting English. The rooms are small for American standards but normal for Japan. (If you are taller than 6'4", you will have significant issues using their showers because the bathrooms are elevated about six or so inches above the room's floor.) Now, the cleaning service is truly exceptional! After we arrived, we were incredibly tired and did not get to organize our things when we came in. The next day, we came back from our Tokyo tour and our luggage was laid out on luggage stands or put out of the way for the heavier pieces. They give you two bottles of water per day, which come in very handy in the city where most drinks look like water. Our room was stocked with a blow dryer, facial soap, razors, q-tips, plenty of shampoo/conditioner, and several other items that was above and beyond what you would expect from an American hotel. Also, if you can, get the breakfasts with the rooms. They have six or seven amazing restaurants that are very nice! Our favorite was one that was a Chinese buffet that was nothing short of incredible! Quick note, do not lose your room key. You need it for the elevators and to keep the power on in your room.
