Really good hotel. Free Shuttle bus service is as good as paid service.
Even though it's away from major attractions, but the shuttle bus make it easy access to central Osaka station.
Great service, very well kept, clean, and fancy hotel. Has everything you'd need, even a convience store on the bottom floor. The staff have great English and are always helpful. Location is right by the water and a bit away from the busy chaotic city centre. They offer a shuttle that runs every 6 mins to Osaka station during the day which makes it super convenient. The room was very spacious; 2 double beds with a desk, coffee table and 2 chairs. Always cleaned up nicely.
Really a great deal of a hotel when you look at it. Rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, they provide two bottles of water each day in your room, and the bathroom is nice with all the necessary amenities. In the lobby, you'll find ample waiting areas and off to the side of check-in you will find a tranquil scene for those who wish to enjoy a relaxing breakfast or sitting with tea. Below the property is shopping boutiques, high-end lounge, 7 eleven, and accesd to a subway line. Service was very friendly and eager to help. Almost all staff speak English. There is a regular shuttle to and from the hotel to Osaka station where you can begin your day. You can't go wrong with this hotel.
Old but very clean hotel.
Hotel check in reception staff was very friendly and the lady clerk in the uniform who guided us to our rooms was even more friendly.
Enjoyed staying here.
However, I only give 2 stars because the guy at buffet breakfast desk who guided the table seating refused to give me the table for 4 people and his reception manner was quite rude.
I ended up seating by myself at the table for 2 people and later when my friends joined me in the restaurantwe had to move our table again.
I explained him twice that my friends would join me anytime soon so i need table for 4 but he told me it was not possible.
He thought he was doing his job during busy breakfast hours but was stuborn and short sighted. No flexibility whatsoever.
I thought that General manager of the hotel was doing a great job in many aspects but on the other hand it would be nicer if he knew about such a small things happening at the hidden corners of Righa Royal hotel.
A above-average 4.5* hotel in Osaka. Rooms are well built in size and good cleanliness. Atmosphere of courtesy and hospitality can be felt in every corner of the hotel. Good choices of restaurants offering different types of menus. Free shuttle service between Osaka Station and hotel a plus point to facilitate room guests to move around the city through subway networks from Osaka Station.
Location and service were great, the breakfast buffet was phenomenal! The 'normal' rooms are a bit dated, not sure about the 'tower' ones. Also, my non-smoking room smelled very strongly of smoke.
Huge hotel with a lot of facilities. Easily accessed via shuttle bus from osaka station, which goes around at least until 22:15. our room was bigger than what we payed for, as they had to relocate us. It was a big room
The staff was happy to help with all our requests. I was very impressed.
The hotel looks great and so do the rooms. Service is good too, however even though its connected to a train station it does not connect to any major stations like shin-osaka for the shinkansen, you have to get another train/subway to get there or get a taxi.
I visited for conferences and had a very good experience. Huge hall and modern architecture.
