Great service from the staff. Our room was part of the special artist room program they had going on. We initially ordered a regular room but decided to upgrade for decent price and it was worth it as far as amenities. As far as location, at first it was hard to find the best route from the JR station to the hotel, but the secret is to go through the pedestrian walkways and skip the street route. The pedestrian walkway will take you passed the Shiodome Station and all the way into the building without setting foot on the street. Should take 10 minutes or less.

Was a very nice and fancy hotel. Very nice views.
The staff at reception had excellent English and even sounded American. Very helpful in assisting us with out bags. The room want huge but was perfectly adequate.
Didn’t try the breakfast but it looked good.

Absolutely loved it. Make sure you stay at an artist room and ask for a good view. It is on the pricey side so you will need to keep that in mind. Location and accessibility are also great.

Ask for a room with a view when you book, it's worth the extra. Service is excellent and there are plenty of places to eat nearby. Get the restaurant recommendations from reception, the concierge will phone bookings for you.

Metro station next door means you can explore the city from here very easily. Taxi rank front. Really glad we stayed here.

Had a great stay at the Park Hotel Tokyo. They took great care of us with great service. Food in the restaurants was wonderful as well. Only drawback was the times in between dining services. Felt they could have had better appetizer offerings in the afternoon as we often wanted to have snacks and drinks in the afternoon after a day of touring but before heading back out for dinner. Selection was limited. I know my group of six would have spent more money at the hotel if they had provided a wider range of choices between the lunch and dinner services. Otherwise everything was great!

Service has been exceptional. Our room was prepared and our bags were nicely placed in it while we did a bit of sightseeing in the area. The food was exceptional at the morning breakfast and the staff is top notch. Could not recommend this place any more. If you are planning on visiting Tokyo, try and stay here as much as possible. It is most certainly worth splurging for!!!

Fantastic views and excellent service. Good sized bathroom and shower for Tokyo. The lobby starts at level 25 and the rooms go up from there so each room has a pretty excellent view of the city on all sides. Hotel right above a main transit line as well. Lastly the Internet is fast and free.

Love this hotel! Well appointed from lobby to room. We loved the view from our room which had a tremendous view, taking in quit abit of Tokyo including the tower and Mount Fuji in the distance. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful and well-versed in English. List of the stay here again next time in Tokyo.

Very attentive and helpful staff. The corner room we stayed in had a gorgeous view of the city. We could see Mt. Fuji. It was really windy while we were there, which I thought would make it hard to sleep (since you can hear the wind) but we slept without any trouble. And the hotel is above one of the subway lines so you can go straight there in the elevator, without having to go outside (ideal for the cold weather we experienced).

We stayed in an artist room and it was very pretty. We had the castle room and it was beautifully painted. The staff are all courteous and are always willing to help. I didn't like that they allow smoking in the bar, but that's usually the case all around Tokyo. Dinner was good and they offer a free light breakfast for those staying on the artist floor. All in all, pricey but worth the stay if you can cough up the money.
