My girlfriend and I were visiting Tokyo for the first time and there was some problems with our AirBnb. Normally not a problem, things happen, but this was during the Typhoon Lan approach so we were soaked to the bone and just ruined from walking. Any way, we made our way here and the staff was super helpful with our limited Japanese, and got us situated in a warm, dry room. We didn't want to rent a room, but circumstances forced us to and we weren't all that mad about it.
Loved the ambience of this hotel. Located close to Osaki station. Hospitality of the staff is appreciated.
Convenient location. Has quick access to restaurants and rail.
Nice clean hotel. Room size was good for Japanese standards. Area is silent but still very good connection to the Subway and some malls nearby.
very good hotel, near the osaki station
Stayed for a couple nights. Very nice staff, clean rooms. Overall excellent.
Very good access to my work place - Think Park Tower - and rhe price is reasonable. Only thing I miss is a paper. I need Japan Times.
Very serviceable business hotel. Everything was clean and convenient, and the staff were very friendly.
Close proximity to nearby train station, as well as a few nice restaurants in a nearby shopping center.
Just off the Yamanote Line, this hotel has all the amenities, including a laundromat, as well as generously sized rooms, which I did not expect to see in Japan on my budget. There's also a lovely Italian restaurant on the second floor which I also loved.
I'm definitely keeping this hotel chain on my list and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.
