Hotel low cost a poca distanza da una stazione che in due fermate collega alla JR Yamanote, quindi abbastanza comodo.
Pulitissimo, bagni e docce in comune, ma presenti ad ogni piano. Grande area comune al pianterreno, con una piccola cucina liberamente utilizzabile.
Le stanze sono piuttosto piccole, ma se come me non passate molto tempo in hotel, direi che non sarà un problema.
Low cost hotel at a short walking distance from a train station that is two stops away from the JR Yamanote Line.
Very clean, bathrooms and showers are in common with the other tenants, but are present at every floor. Big communal area on the first floor, with a freely accessibile small kitchen.
The rooms are small, but you're like me and don't spend much time inside the hotel it won't be an issue.response / report this review -

The rooms are really small but cheap and the toilets are very clean. I would stay again. Close to asakusa, 25 min walk.

This was one remarkable budget hotel. It was very clean and in a very convenient spot. A grocery store is across the street, a convenience store (7-11) is on a nearby street corner. Easily accessible mass transit nearby. The staff is friendly and courteous, offering ideas on places to go either for meals or for tourism. I do speak some Japanese, but I would have some difficulty communicating exclusively in Japanese. So, the English speaking staff was an added benefit. At times I felt like I was at home with a kitchen I could use as well as a common area to sit and drink my morning tea. I was there for 7 nights and enjoyed my time there. When I return to Japan, I plan on returning to Hotel Palace Japan

Everything is very clean. Everyone is very polite, especially the older lady and the girl. The rooms are indeed very small, but well furnished and you are anyway going to spend very little time in the hotel. The mattraces are quite thin. The pillows are "eastern styled". The prices are excellent!

I am a solo traveler that didn't want to spend to much money on a private room. I didnt want to stay at a hostel because I might be going to sleep late and didn't want to distribute people as I got ready for bed. This hotel fits the bill at 4000 yen a night. The hotel is about 8 minute from the nearest train station. The downside to this hotel is that the bathrooms, sinks and bathing areas are in a separate room for each floor of rooms. The bathrooms are seprate private rooms. There is a women's bathroom on each floor. Also, the 8th floor is only women. The room is small even for Tokyo. Its around a 6.5ft bed that is almost the size of your room. There is a small closet that would fit most people luggage in but you will have to take the luggage out to get in. You also have a small tv and refrigerator to uses. So far, it has been a very quiet stay and was easy to get a good nights rest. I do not like the pillows that they use. They do give you a small towel. You will get a key to lock and unlock your room. The room does not lock automatically. You are unable to use the entrance from around 12 am to 8am. You are able to use the side door which opens up with your room key. They have washers and dryers for 200 yen a load and i think 100 yen to dry your clothes for 20 minutes. They have a good size common area to use with a moderate size tvs, a kichen area and 2 computers. They offer complimentary tea and coffee in the morning.

We loved it here. We stayed here 3 nights when we arrived and 1 night before we left Japan. The hotel let us leave our bags there for the 8 days when we were traveling through Japan (for free!!!) So nice! Great staff and very nice and clean. The only problem is the bed but that just takes some getting used to. Close to Minami senju metro and Jr.

Made me feel like home with their clean shared kitchen 😊 toilet is amazingly automatic and bathrooms are clean. Nice staff. With elevator. We had twin double deck beds which made the room a bit narrow but at least they got closets. Price is good too
