It 's near Ueno station that you can find a lot of food, shoe and cosmatic.

Just came in and saw a cockroach freely running across the room. Bathroom was dirty. Took my stuff and went to another hotel.

Good thing:
Price is very cheap, location is very good (near train station), staff is very nice and friendly.
Bad thing:
No elevator, we have to use stairs. The surrounding area is very dark especially at night.response / report this review -

Budget hotel with good location but do note that there's no lift to upper floors - you'll have to use the stairs.

Stayed here for one week in August, 2015. Excellent hotel as it was quiet and within walking distance to Ueno Station as well a Kappibashi. Granted, the room was on the small side but, I did not come to Tokyo of a sleeping experience. Great place to recover from a long day of walking around the city!
