Best value for money in Kyoto. Great location, helpful staff, good Wi-Fi. Super clean.

The staffs were very kind. They provided elaborated and considerate services. They also gave me 入浴剤 for each day! But if you're sensitive about little noises in nighttime, it could be very painful. Cuz I could hear someone snoring.

Nice room and location, even can walk to Gion! Hotel staff are kind and very helping, this is the hotel I would like to stay every time when I visit Kyoto.

Location is close to the Sanjo dori station. The rooms are nice, but they definitely aren't true Ryokan rooms. The beds are mattresses on a raised tatami floor platform, not true futons. We also have a garden outside our room, but its beauty is overshadowed by the fact that it's doing a poor job of disguising the large electrical equipment behind it. The staff is kind and the hotel and rooms are extremely clean.

Great hotel in a very quiet part of Kyoto, at the same time has been very close to the subway and only 10 minutes walk to the famous Gion district! Rooms are certainly big enough for two people and our room was spotless. The staff on the reception was very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Good hotel for a good price!
The location is perfect close to Gion and 4 min walk from subway.
You get free bath salt, WiFi is good and always on, room very spacey and clean, view is OK, air-conditioning makes sometimes strange noises but nothing to be afraid or too disturbing.
On the street there is a great Yakitori bar, and also best sushi restaurants in Kyoto in a walk distance.
I highly recommend this hotel for everyone!response / report this review
