Good location, good service. Staff knows English and Chinese.

Not sure what it's called "new" osaka hotel, we stayed in a room and it was super old. The floors were horrendous, they should carpet clean it. The hotel is in a great location and breakfast is included.

Budget hotel perfectly located near Shinosaka and the subway so you are right in the middle of everything. Exceptionally compact but you get what you pay for in Japan.

Location is perfect, the staffs are friends and nice. However, the room is old and the bathroom has a sour smell (bearable though). The unbearable thing is the sound proof. Since the wall are thin, we kept on hearing people talking or coughing outside/next-door. Won't be there again
