Beautiful room, very nice service and excellent location. We visited with our tour group from Dragonfly Tours. Our room was so nice and we loved Osaka and wish we had another night there.

First,no english. Second they are not gracious enough, we happen to have a handicapped with us, and pee on the mattress. They charged us exorbitant amount, paying equivalent of 5 days, whole mattress and more.
Turn us off to come back to osaka with such service. The side street is full of smoking people who just throw cigarette butt anywhere, they should thank this one old guy cleaning it for them.response / report this review -

Hotel with a rather basic character. Staff was friendly but very little English skills. Small rooms as usual in the big cities of Japan. Well located near (above?) Namba Station.
